Abstract: A dyeing machine with symmetrical double spiral fabric tanks includes a barrel body with a fabric inlet, two spiral fabric tanks arranged side by side with each other in the barrel body and installed on both sides of the fabric inlet respectively, and each spiral fabric tank having a fabric guiding tube, a spiral fabric sliding plate and a receiving tank. The two fabric guiding tubes are disposed proximate to adjacent sides and facing to the front side and arranged symmetrically with respect to the left and right sides. The two spiral fabric sliding plates are coupled to the rear end of the two fabric guiding tubes and configured to be spirally from top to bottom, so that cloths can be dipped and dyed in the two spiral fabric tanks.
Abstract: A bleaching kier comprising a compartment of container into and out of which flaccid material is conveyed, in combination with (a) a control device for controlling the amount of elongated cloth being conveyed to the compartment, (b) a device for conveying the elongated cloth along a predetermined path without imparting a crease thereto, and (c) a device for removing a large portion of bleaching liquor from the elongated cloth prior to it being conveyed to a washer. The control device includes a drum with a plurality of upstanding members on its outer surface for engaging and conveying the elongated cloth to the compartment and a "U" shaped member, adapted to be moved from a first position, where the elongated cloth is in contact with the upstanding members, to a second position where the elongated cloth is not in contact therewith.
Abstract: Apparatus for the wet treatment of lengths of textile material in hank form has a plurality of chambers through which the lengths of material pass in succession and transport means which convey the length of material. To enable more or less elastic types of material to be subjected to wet treatment under desired uniform treatment conditions, the quantities of material contained in the individual chambers are monitored by sensing devices which control the rate at which the material is conveyed by the transport means.
Abstract: An endless strand of textile material is initially dyed by transporting it spirally through successive compartments of a vat and simultaneously and separately circulating a homogeneous dye liquor through the compartments individually, and then the textile material is rinsed while continuing to transport it through said successive compartments, by causing a rinsing liquor to flow successively through the compartments in countercurrent to the movement of the textile material.
Abstract: A method of correcting individual loop lengths of a spirally looped textile fabric in a processing apparatus comprises the steps of: connecting a leader cloth having detectable portions spaced apart by a predetermined distance commensurate with an ideal loop length to the introduction end of the textile fabric remaining in the processing chamber; feeding the textile fabric in the forward direction while the textile fabric is subjected to the processing operation; stopping the travel of only the leading end of the leader cloth upon detection of the leading detectable portion at the leading position of the first loop length portion; feeding the remaining textile fabric, with the leading end of the leader cloth stopped, until the trailing detectable portion is detected at the trailing position of the first loop length portion; releasing the stoppage of the leading end of the leader cloth to correct the loop length of the first loop length portion; and repeating the above described correcting steps for the other
Abstract: An elongated web is formed into the general shape of a longitudinally extending helix having a horizontal succession of turns each of which is partially submerged in a bath of treatment liquid. A guide in the form of an auger or rake keeps the turns apart and a drive element located above the guide is rotated continuously to turn the helix in the bath. A generally horizontal but inclined plate has an upper edge just below the drive element. A pump draws the treatment fluid from the bottom of the vessel and delivers it to the upper edge of the plate so as to form thereon a downwardly gravitationally flowing sheet of treatment liquid on which the turns of the web are supported as they pass from the drive element on one side of the elongated vessel to the other side thereof.
Abstract: An improved guide assembly for an apparatus for the fluid treatment of fabrics in rope form is provided which comprises a pair of cooperating comb-shaped guide members and driving means of said guide members in timed relationship in longitudinal and transverse reciprocations.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for liquid treatment of a lengthy woven or knitted cloth band of an endless form for scouring, dyeing and desizing of cloths. A cloth band is helically wound on plurality of cylindrical drums disposed axially in longitudinal arrangement with helical parts thereof depending from the cylindrical drums. Rotation of the cylindrical drums at progressively reduced peripheral speeds causes the helical parts of the cloth to depend at uniform lengths from the drums and thereafter all cylindrical durms are rotated at an equal speed.
