Abstract: A magnetic lock mechanism which may be used in conjunction with many devices such as a padlock, dead bolt door lock, conventional door lock, safety deposit box, safe doors, automobile doors, gas cap locks, ignition switch locks, a switch actuating device or others. A key having magnets, selectively oriented therein, line up magnetic tumbler pins location within the locking device. With the tumbler pins lined up, a member can be moved axially and then rotationally to actuate a driving member.
