Abstract: The present invention relates to a block sequencing method based on a tree-graph structure, comprising of: linking all blocks into a tree-graph structure according to reference relationships; selecting one pivot chain from the tree-graph structure and taking all blocks in the pivot chain as pivot blocks; dividing all blocks into a plurality of Epochs according to a time sequence arrangement of the pivot blocks; sorting the blocks in the Epoch to obtain a set sequence of the Epoch in time sequence; and obtaining a global sequence of all blocks of the tree-graph structure based on all set sequences. The present invention also relates to a block sequencing system based on the tree-graph structure, a data processing terminal for sequencing blocks by the block sequencing method, and a P2P network using the data processing terminal.

Abstract: A method of detecting pre-determined phrases to determine compliance quality is provided. The method includes determining whether at least one of an event or a precursor event has occurred based on a comparison between pre-determined phrases and a communication between a sender and a recipient in a communications network, and rating the recipient based on the presence of the pre-determined phrases associated with the event or the presence of the pre-determined phrases associated with the precursor event in the communication.

Abstract: A speaker recognition system generates a codebook store with codebooks representing voice samples of speaker, referred to as trainers. The speaker recognition system may use multiple classifiers and generate a codebook store for each classifier. Each classifier uses a different set of features of a voice sample as its features. A classifier inputs a voice sample of an person and tries to authenticate or identify the person. A classifier generates a sequence of feature vectors for the input voice sample and then a code vector for that sequence. The classifier uses its codebook store to recognize the person. The speaker recognition system then combines the scores of the classifiers to generate an overall score. If the score satisfies a recognition criterion, then the speaker recognition system indicates that the voice sample is from that speaker.
