Abstract: Systems and methods for verifying and monitoring employees are provided. Employees call-in to the system at scheduled times. If an employee misses a scheduled call-in, an alert can be generated. An employer notification process can generate the alert, notifying a supervisor of the employee's missed call. The alert can include the employee's name, the location of the employee, and the time he/she was supposed to call. Such systems and methods can be used to verify that a worker is at the proper location at the proper time and awake and alert during the entire time period that he/she is supposed to be working.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for provisioning power to a power consumption device in a depowered state (e.g., a device not consuming current such as standby current). Aspects discussed herein relate to receiving a first portion of audio input via a tuning fork. A vibration amplitude of the tuning fork may be compared with a reference amplitude. Voice recognition may be performed to determine one or more voice commands in a second portion of the audio input and an appropriate action may be taken based on the voice commands. Aspects discussed herein also relate to receiving a plurality of signals that energize an energy accumulator, activating a decoder based on an accumulated energy in the energy accumulator, and processing the signals to activate a power consumption device.
Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for user enrollment in speaker authentication and speaker identification systems are disclosed. In some embodiments, the enrollment process includes collecting speech samples that are examples of multiple speech types spoken by a user, computing a speech representation for each speech sample, and aggregating the example speech representations to form a robust overall representation or user voiceprint of the user's speech.

Abstract: A voice recognition based user authentication method using an AI device is disclosed. A voice recognition based user authentication method using an AI device according to an embodiment of the present invention performs first user authentication on the basis of voice characteristics of a first speech of a specific user, provides at least one specific inquiry about a living history of an authentic user of the device to the specific user, senses at least one second speech which is a reply of the specific user to the at least one specific inquiry and performs second user authentication for the specific user to use the device on the basis of contents included in the at least one second speech. An intelligent computing device of the present invention can be associated with artificial intelligence modules, drones (unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)), robots, augmented reality (AR) devices, virtual reality (VR) devices, devices related to 5G service, etc.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide voice activated authentication over time. A user can be registered with a voice authentication system based on a voiceprint profile of common words. This user voiceprint profile can be used in an ongoing secondary authentication as a hands-free head-mounted wearable device is used over time. Upon a user logging into a hands-free head-mounted wearable device voiceprints can be collected during a session. These collected voiceprints can be compared with a user voiceprint profile for a user authorized to operate the hands-free head-mounted wearable device. Such a comparison can include an analysis of frequency, duration, and amplitude for the voiceprints. When the voiceprints match, the login of the user can be maintained based on this secondary authentication using the voiceprints matched to the user voiceprint profile.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a speech skill creating method and system, wherein the method comprises: providing a speech skill creating interface in response to a developer's speech skill creating instruction; obtaining basic information and content configuration of the speech skill through the speech skill creating interface; in response to the developer's online publication instruction, adding a corresponding speech interaction capability for the content of the speech skill, and creating and publishing the speech skill. It is possible to, by employing the solutions of the present disclosure, complete the creation of the speech skill without performing any programming, and improve the development efficiency of the speech skill.
Abstract: A media player system, method and computer program product are provided. In use, an utterance is received. A command for a media player is then generated based on the utterance. Such command is utilized for providing wireless control of the media player.
