The video acquirer acquires a video from an image capturer that captures a predetermined area. The object information collector collects object information of an object included in the captured video. The status recognizer recognizes a status of the object based on the video and the object information of the object. The display unit displays the recognized status to be identifiable.

Abstract: A system receives, from a content source, product information that can comprise core product data for the product and a product identification for the product. The one or more derived attributes that can be based at least on a respective use case of one or more uses cases that affects the one or more products presented in a content catalog. The content feed can merge the at least one of the one or more derived attributes with the product information to update the product information in the content feed based on matching the product identification for the product with the one or more derived attributes. Abstract: A retail customer tracking system and method is disclosed. The retail system preferably includes at least one surveillance camera for generating image data of customer interactions with products and at least one point of sale camera for generating image data of customers at a point of sale area. An analytics system determines product interactions from the image data of the customer interactions with the products and stores facial image information and the product interactions for each of the customers. When a customer arrives at a point of sale area, facial image information of the customer determined from the image data of the point of sale camera is matched to previously stored facial information for the customer, and associated product interactions for the customer are provided to a management system. The management system then provides sale cues based on the product interactions to the customer at the point of sale area.

Abstract: A service provider may receive item price information and/or point of sale (POS) transaction information from a plurality of merchant devices associated with a plurality of merchants. The service provider may categorize the plurality of merchants according to the types of items offered by the respective merchants, and may further categorize the merchants according to the locations at which they conduct business. The service provider may subsequently determine a price recommendation or other pricing information for a particular item offered by a particular merchant. A merchant device of the particular merchant may present the pricing information in a user interface that enables the merchant to view projected sales at various different price points. Further, the merchant may be able to specify one or more factors used for determining the recommend price, such as a desired business model, a desired clientele, a desired profit margin, or the like.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for delivering content to an audience member via one or more mediums based on an audience member profile are disclosed. Profile data for audience members may be initially collected from an offline source, such as a registration or subscription database. The profile data may be stored in a dedicated database. The initial profile data may be supplemented periodically with data reflecting online activity by the audience member. The combined offline and online profile data may be used to group the audience members into segments. Audience member segments may be used to identify audience members who are targeted to receive like content. An audience member's inclusion in a segment may be indicated by storing a segment-targeting cookie on the audience member computer. Content may be delivered to the audience member based on identification of the segment in the segment-targeting cookie.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide for recommending products from an electronic catalog that are aesthetically compatible with an existing item in a physical space based on a live camera view of the space, and rendering augmented reality views of the recommended products into the live camera view. Specifically, an image of the existing item is used to search a database of images of designed spaces that includes a corresponding object visually similar to the existing item. The image of the designed space may also include other items that are visually compatible with the corresponding object and therefore visually compatible with the existing item. Thus, the images of the other items are used to search an electronic catalog for available items that are visually similar to the other items and therefore would be visually compatible with the existing item.

A user's listings, representing items for sale on the marketplace, are harvested to calculate segmentation data and metrics that form a user profile. The user profile is compared with other similar users who have subscribed to various applications, and the impact those applications have had on the metrics of the similar users is calculated in order to determine what impact the applications will have on the user in question. The impact, combined with user preferences, is used to suggest appropriate applications, which are displayed to the user within the marketplace. If the user selects one of the applications, the application is added to the user's profile and relevant listings are updated with the new application.
