  • Patent number: 10853766
Abstract: A creative brief schema is described. A service provider system, such as a creative service provider system, supports the creation of digital content in connection with digital content creation projects by employing the creative brief schema. Initially, the service provider system defines the schema as a set of rules for controlling configuration of creative briefs to register digital content creation projects. The service provider system provides service to support digital content creation based on the data included in the creative briefs. For instance, the service provider system provides service by leveraging the descriptive data configured according to the set of rules defined by the schema, which specify particular attributes that are to be instantiated to describe digital content creation projects. Examples of these attributes include a brief identifier, a brief name, associated products or services, creative spend, expected performance, audience demographics, delivery channels, mood, and so forth.

Abstract: A system and method to determine building thermal performance parameters through empirical testing is described. The parameters can be formulaically applied to determine fuel consumption and indoor temperatures. To generalize the approach, the term used to represent furnace rating is replaced with HVAC system rating. As total heat change is based on the building's thermal mass, heat change is relabeled as thermal mass gain (or loss). This change creates a heat balance equation that is composed of heat gain (loss) from six sources, three of which contribute to heat gain only. No modifications are required for apply the empirical tests to summer since an attic's thermal conductivity cancels out and the attic's effective window area is directly combined with the existing effective window area. Since these tests are empirically based, the tests already account for the additional heat gain associated with the elevated attic temperature and other surface temperatures.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining the performance of a content network include determining a differential performance for the network. A first performance metric for the content network may be determined for content auctions that the content network won. A second performance metric may also be determined that represents a performance metric based on predicted auction results that disregard the participation of the content network in the auctions. A differential performance metric for the content network may also be determined based on the difference between the first and second performance metrics.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for identifying probable impacted business parameters, such as business applications, business teams/organizations at the onset of a business change-event, such as a business project, initiation of product/service offering or the like. Embodiments rely on analysis of historical data and architecture blueprints, driven by a predefined statistical model to determine probable impacted business parameters. Additionally, embodiments provide for determining the level-of-impact, in terms of hours and financials and/or the priority of the probable impacted business parameters. In addition, embodiments provide for automated notification of individuals and/or entities associated with the probable impacted business parameters.
