The processors retrieve a new event from an application programming interface (API). The processors then parse the new event to determine a parsed event and store the parsed event in the memories. After determining the presence or absence of an additional new event via the API, the processors transmit a notification for display to a user indicating the parsed event and prompting a user to process the parsed event, resulting in either a successful or a failure processing signal. Responsive to receiving a failure processing signal, the processors schedule a subsequent notification for transmission to the user device according to an event processing model by using an exponential back-off and a random jitter.

Abstract: Use of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) models is disclosed to determine sequences of user interactions with computing systems, extract common processes, and generate robotic process automation (RPA) robots. Abstract: Embodiments herein describe a predictive delivery planning system that includes a forecaster that predicts simulated orders (e.g., forecasted orders) for multiple different demand scenarios. Once the simulated orders are selected, a route planner can generate routes for delivering the simulated and actual customer orders for each scenario. The planning system then converts these routes in labor plans indicating the amount of time a delivery driver would need to deliver the orders. The planning system identifies a set of labor blocks from the labor plans and determines whether these blocks satisfy a utilization threshold. Put differently, the planning system uses a releasing policy that releases labor blocks whose expected utilization is higher than a predetermined threshold. The released labor blocks are then displayed to delivery drivers who can then select how many of the labor blocks they would like to work.

In some implementations, a system generates a set of model parameters based on a number (n) of historical datapoints in a dataset, where each datapoint represents activity detected in the electronic system over a respective period of time. The system receives a first new data point for the data set and generates a first test parameter based on a value of the first new datapoint and an average and a measure of spread of the n historical datapoints. Abstract: Systems and methods include periodically sending a probe to a cloud application where the probe simulates user activity in the cloud application; receiving a response to the probe and determining one or more statistics of the cloud application based on the response; incorporating the one or more statistics in historical statistics; and causing a notification when any of the one or more statistics exceeds a defined threshold. The probe can be a cloud-based probe from a cloud-based system, and the systems and methods can also include receiving a response to an on-premises probe that was sent by a distributed agent that is separate from the cloud-based system; and incorporating one or more statistics associated with the response to the on-premises probe in the historical statistics.
