Abstract: In a method for acquisition, analysis and representation of at least one medical image data set created in a medical examination, an image data set of an examination region of an examination subject is acquired with a medical imaging apparatus, at least one display specification regarding an orientation to be retained in a graphical representation of the acquired image data set is retrieved from a data processing device in which it is stored, the image data set is checked with regard to the display specification by the data processing device, and of at least one part of the image data set is adapted and displayed corresponding to the display specification, dependent on the check result.

Abstract: Reformatting a previously formatted document. A unique interface allows preview and selection of both a color set and a font set. A color set comprises a plurality of colors defining a color scheme. The font set comprises a plurality of fonts defining a font theme. A format set is defined by the selection of a color set and a font set. A format set comprises a plurality of formats, each format comprising a format font name, a format font size, a format font color, and other properties. Once a format set is determined, the document is reformatted in such a way as to largely maintain the proportionality and integrity of its previous formatting. In so doing, each discrete portion of text in the document is analyzed to determine its format properties. Each format in the format set is then compared to the text format. Points are added to a match quality value associated with the format when it is determined that a property of the format matches a property of the existing text format.

Abstract: A computer implemented method, apparatus, and computer program code readily identifies authenticated content within webpage having user customizable content. A request to display a wiki page is received. Responsive to receiving the request, a wiki markup file with a wiki signature block is identified. The wiki markup file contains signed content and unsigned content. The signature block identifies the signed content within the wiki markup file. Signed content is verified and an edited wiki page is generated from the signed content and the unsigned content. Signed content is visibly distinguished from the unsigned content.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer-readable medium are provided for applying a global formatting scheme to a chart in an electronic document. According to a system, a chart application program receives a selection of a chart object in the electronic document and a document theme. The document theme includes a combination of formatting schemes including a color scheme, a font scheme, and a style matrix. The chart application program then automatically applies the selected document theme to the selected chart object in the electronic document. In applying the selected document theme to the selected chart object, the chart application program automatically updates a number of properties of the chart object including color, font, line, effect, and fill.

Abstract: A system for modeling a topology of an electrical power system is disclosed. The system can include a processor, a memory, a display device, and an input device. The memory device can be coupled to the processor and configured to maintain a component database, a component control engine, and a power system topology modeling engine. The display device can be coupled to the processor and configured for displaying the topology of the electrical power system. The input device can be coupled to the processor and can be operative to select one of the plurality of power system components stored in the component database as a selected component, position the selected component within a framework, and interface the selected component with other selected components within the framework.

In one step, the program causes the computer to display to a user of the computer a first hierarchical level representative of one or more companies, where each company of the one or more companies has respective water treatment needs. Abstract: Generally, the present invention provides embodiments of systems and methods for extrapolating formats to create pleasing format templates. In an exemplary embodiment, a method for creating a color template for a document comprises receiving at least one color for the document. Then, the colors received become constraints of at least one document parameter. A color template is then selected and automatically applied to the constrained document parameters to extrapolate one or more other colors for the unset color parameters. Finally, the color template with the extrapolated colors is provided with the received colors and the extrapolated colors.

Abstract: Among various embodiments of the present disclosure, color calibration can be performed on a printing apparatus by using a preconfigured color map coded to reduce a color difference of a selected reference color sample relative to a color standard, where the selected reference color sample substantially matches a first test color sample printed by the printing apparatus. Installing the preconfigured color map can enable recalibrating the printing apparatus to use the preconfigured color map in adjusting an amount of a number of colorants utilized in printing a second test color sample to reduce the number of color differences of the second test color sample relative to the color standard.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide techniques for overriding layer display properties in computer-aided design (CAD) viewports. A method of generating a display representation of a CAD drawing includes identifying one or more layers of the CAD drawing to include in the display representation. Each of the one or more layers may be associated with a set of drawing elements and a set of layer display properties. The method also includes identifying a viewport display property for a first layer of the one or more layers and generating the display representation. The display representation may include the drawing elements associated with the one or more layers, and the appearance of the drawing elements associated with the first layer is based on the viewport display property.

Abstract: An information distribution system configured to deliver various types of content provided by an information distributor to information receivers through a network and transmitting the content to be distributed converted to colors, color values, or color digital values. By converting the content to colors, color values, or color digital values, it is possible to reduce the amount of information transmitted. Due to this, it becomes possible to shorten the time required for distribution of content and to improve practicality. Further, it becomes possible to reduce the distribution costs.

Abstract: A system, method, and related computer program for automatically cataloging Web elements, such as text and color, in a Web document for use by those performing searches for Web documents containing specific Web elements. The present invention allows users to scan Web elements into a Web site database where they are automatically cataloged for future searches of the particular element data. Searchers can search for a source document containing a particular color and/or text. Users may enter values related to scanned-in Web elements on source documents, such as an alternate color that may be used in addition to or instead of the scanned in color on said source document. Web elements or graphics are cataloged in a manner that allows users to query an entire set of objects quickly by accessing the database values. A user is able to automatically change text or color values on a global basis. Alternate values entered into the Web site database override Web element data previously scanned into the database.

Abstract: A method of displaying linearly ranked data items that involves fixed patterns and user-responsive visual prominence to improve user consideration of those results. Ranked Data Items can be generated dynamically via a search engine or be a historical record of collected Data Items over time and ranked by the user. The plotting of the Ranked Data Items on the non-linear results space can be shared with other networked users.
