The signal transmission apparatus includes a transmitting unit configured to transmit a synchronization signal (SS) block to a user equipment within a time window of a predetermined position in an SS block transmission period. Hence, UE cell search and measurement time is reduced, complexity at the UE is lowered, power consumption of the UE is lowered, cell handover is sped up, communication interruption is avoided, and currently at least one of existing problems is solved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to management of transparent glassboard representations, where a virtual glassboard is comprehensively integrated with presentation content. An exemplary transparent glassboard representation provides a layered configuration of content layers in an ordered arrangement to maximize integration of a virtual glassboard within presentation content. Some examples of the present disclosure comprise those where a graphical user interface (GUI) object is managed during the design of presentation content. In further examples, the present disclosure pertains to management for rendering of a transparent glassboard representation within a GUI of a host application/service endpoint during real-time (or near real-time) presentation. Further non-limiting examples apply trained artificial intelligence (AI) processing to efficiency automate management of transparent glassboard representations both in a design phase and presentation phase for managing presentation content.

Abstract: System and methods are described for generating one or more viewable highlight playbacks, such as, for example, a viewable highlight playback including highlights of a sporting event that may be viewed essentially on demand. The system and methods transform raw digital media data associated with the event to a playback instruction signal including key highlights of the event to be viewed over a predetermined time period while capturing an essence of the event. The system and methods allow control of a viewing of the viewable highlight playback utilizing, at least in part, the playback instruction signal.

Abstract: A demonstration serving system and associated methods are provided for creating an interactive demonstration presentation for an envisioned software product. The interactive demonstration presentation for the envisioned software product is a digital artifact that is presented during a presentation to present and demonstrate features of the envisioned software product and how the envisioned software product is to function and operate in response to user interaction with a graphical user interface (GUI) such that the interactive demonstration presentation mimics features, look, and feel of the envisioned software product once it is fully developed without creating custom-made Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) of a real software product.

Abstract: Provided is a method, computer program product, and system for building an object checklist used to predict which objects should accompany a user during an occasion. A processor may monitor observation data related to the user from an observation device. The processor may analyze the observation data to identify an object associated with the user. The processor may collect contextual data related to the identified object and the user. The processor may compare the contextual data to a usage pattern threshold related to the identified object and one or more other objects. In response to the usage pattern threshold being met, the processor may output an alert to the user. The alert may indicate that an exception to a usage pattern related to the identified object has occurred.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present technology provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for facilitating generation of number-bullet objects. In some embodiments, an image to use as a bullet portion in generating number-bullet objects is identified. Further, a first text item and a second text item for which to generate corresponding number-bullet objects are also identified. Thereafter, a first number-bullet object for the first text item is automatically generated by overlaying a first number over the image, and a second number-bullet object for the second text item is automatically generated by overlaying a second number over the image, the first number and the second number indicating a sequential order of the first text item and the second text item. The first number-bullet object can be presented in vertical alignment with the first text item and the second number-bullet object in vertical alignment with the second text item.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a machine learning-powered framework to transform overloaded text documents is provided. The system generates a plurality of candidate templates offline. During runtime, the system accesses a text document and analyzes the text document to identify segmentation data. The segmentation data can indicate a plurality of segments derived from the text document. The system then accesses a plurality of candidate templates, whereby each candidate template comprises a plurality of pages having a different background element that shares a common theme. The plurality of candidate templates are ranked based on at least the segmentation data. The network then generates multiple presentation pages for each of a predetermined number of top ranked candidate templates by incorporating each of the plurality of segments into a corresponding page of the plurality of pages for each of the top ranked candidate templates.

Abstract: Techniques for determining custom story paths in real-time in an interactive content based on audience interest is disclosed. A plurality of video files corresponding to an interactive media is received. Visual cues are identified in each video file wherein each visual cue is a link to subsequently playable video files in a custom story path. Further, a common first and final video file is determined wherein the final video files may not have any visual cue. Video files starting from the first video file are played and eye movements of the audience are tracked in real-time to determine the most observed visual cue in each video file. Depending upon the most observed visual cue, subsequent video files are identified and played until the final video file is played.

The system may then present a list of built templates to a user/verifier to be used in generating a corresponding digital identity document. Abstract: An animation timeline is analyzed to determine one or more discrete states. Each discrete state includes one or more animation effects. The discrete states represent scenes of a slide in a slide presentation. The concepts of scenes allows user to view a timeline of scenes, open a scene, and direct manipulate objects in the scene to author animations. The animations can include motion path animation effects, which can be directly manipulated utilizing a motion path tweening method. To aid in direct manipulation of a motion path of an object, a ghost version of the object can be shown to communicate to a user the position of the object after a motion path animation effect that includes the motion path is performed. The ghost version may also be used to show a start position when a start point is manipulated.

Abstract: Technologies are described herein for creating and editing dynamic graphics via a World Wide Web (“Web”) interface. A Web service is provided for generating dynamic graphics in response to requests received from client computers. In response to requests from client computers, the Web service generates requested dynamic graphics and returns the generated dynamic graphics to the client computers in response to the requests. Parameters may be provided to the Web service indicating a list of text items, a layout type, a visual style, a color, and other aspects of a dynamic graphic. A user interface is also provided for creating and editing a dynamic graphic within a Web browser application.

Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device can be configured to generate a slide show type presentation based on images (e.g., digital photographs, videos, etc.) in a user's media library. While viewing the presentation, the computing device can receive user input to change the display of the images between a slideshow, a single image, and/or a grid view presentation mode. In some implementations, the user can provide input with respect to an image displayed on a slide to manipulate the image. In some implementations, the user can provide continuous input with respect to a slide to cause a transition animation to be displayed according to the amount and direction of user input received. This enables digital signage content to be professionally created without requiring custom programming for each and every stream of new and/or changing content.
