  • Patent number: 10084606
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for facilitating the generating of digital identity documents. A system receives a selection and initialization of properties (e.g., identity attributes, document type, alternate views, an acquisition uniform resource locator (URL)) to be used in a digital identity document (e.g., driver's license). The system then builds a template using the selected properties. The system may then present a list of built templates to a user/verifier to be used in generating a corresponding digital identity document. Upon receiving the selected template, the system provides the acquisition URL associated with the selected template to the user/verifier to be used by the user/verifier to request the corresponding digital identity document from the issuer. After receiving the digital identity document constructed by the issuer from the issuer, the system delivers the received digital identity document to the user/verifier.

Abstract: A system and method of processing a video Instant Message (IM) is provided. The method may comprise receiving a captured video stream from an image capture device and selecting at least one video effect from a plurality of video effects. A modified video stream is then generated (e.g., using a digital filter) that includes the video effect and is then communicated to a viewing location as the video Instant Message. The IM application can be a legacy IM application and generate a graphic user interface via the IM application to allow a user to select the video effect. The captured video stream may be received from a web camera and the modified video stream may be communicated via the Internet to the viewing location. The method may be performed in a device driver that interfaces the image capture device to an Instant Messaging application associated with the device driver.

Abstract: An electronic device with a display and, optionally, a touch-sensitive surface obtains a collection of media items. In some embodiments, the device determines one or more patterns in the collection based on a comparison between properties of sequentially adjacent items and divides the collection into multiple events that includes a plurality of multi-item events. In some embodiments, the device receives a first request to display a first portion of the collection organized in accordance with a first detailed-granularity level and, in response to the first request, displaying a first plurality of representations of the items. The device receives a second request to display a second portion of the collection organized in accordance with a respective overview-granularity level that corresponds to multiple detailed-granularity levels and, in response to the second request, displays a second plurality of representations of the items.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a system for correlating document pages. The system receives a source image of a document page and a rendered image of a markup language page converted from the document page. The system then performs a correlation analysis between the source image and the rendered image. Next, the system determines a correlation factor between the source image and the rendered image based on the correlation analysis, wherein the correlation factor indicates a page fidelity between the document page and the markup language page converted from the document page.
