Abstract: A first electronic device with a touch-enabled display establishes a wireless connection with a second electronic device that controls display of a user interface on a second display. The first electronic device displays a first user interface on the touch-enabled display, the first user interface including a first affordance corresponding to first media content. While displaying the first user interface, the first electronic device detects a first user input at a location on the touch-sensitive display that corresponds to the first affordance in the first user interface. In response to detecting the first user input, the first electronic device transmits, to the second electronic device via the wireless connection, instructions enabling display of at least a portion of the first media content on substantially the entire second display controlled by the second electronic device.

Abstract: In the present disclosure, a collaborative workspace fosters content creation between users in a synchronous and/or asynchronous manner by enabling automatic generation and management of collaborative media objects that automatically combine content from a plurality of users into a single media object. To improve processing efficiency and user productivity, the present disclosure further provides processing that applies trained artificial intelligence (AI) processing that is adapted to automatically generate representations of data insights for management of a collaborative media object within the collaborative workspace. Data insights are generated pertaining to feature management of an exemplary application/service (e.g., video discussion application/service) including features for generating and managing a collaborative media object. Abstract: Disclosed is a system for connecting to an online meeting room with multiple people. A first client device of a first user initiates a connection to the online meeting room. After the connection has been initiated, the first client device starts receiving video data and audio data from one or more client devices of one or more other users connected to the online meeting room. While connected to the online meeting room, the first client device displays a video stream based on the received video data from the one or more client device of the one or more other users connected to the online meeting. Upon receiving a request from a second user to start a conversation with the first user, the first client device plays an audio stream based on the audio data received from the client device of the second user.

The method includes: matching a persistent topic for a retrieval keyword based on the retrieval keyword of a user combined with at least one of historical behavior or a subscription record of the user; returning the persistent topic to a client for display, so that the user performs subscription; and saving the persistent topic subscribed to by the user, and when a matching resource corresponding to the persistent topic subscribed to by the user is updated, recommending the updated matching resource to the user. Since a recommendation strategy can be timely adjusted according to real-time behavior of a user combined with historical behavior, the probability of hitting a topic of interest to the user is increased.

The system may establish communication with one or more computing devices active in a video conference in which each computing device may switch between a screen share mode and a video mode. The system may determine that one or more articles of sensitive information are visible in a graphical user interface associated with a first computing device of the plurality of computing devices. The system may receive a first signal from the first computing device that indicates a first intent of a host associated with the first computing device to switch the screen share mode which includes sharing the first graphical user interface with the one or more computing devices during the video conference. In response to the first signal, the system may execute one or more privacy actions.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems that display visual indicators that provide user awareness of independent activity of participants in a communication session. The visual indicators are displayed within a Together Mode user interface that gives participants of a communication session a feeling that they are in the same room. The visual indicators further the technical benefits of the Together Mode user interface by providing additional context to particular non-verbal social cues. A system can generate a visual indicator that notifies meeting participants that a particular user is engaged with a computing device. The visual indicator can be generated in response to detecting that the user is interacting with an input device, such as a keyboard or touchscreen. The visual indicator mitigates confusion of non-verbal social cues, e.g., when a person appears to be looking at another participant of a meeting but is actually looking at, and interacting with, a computer.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to automated memory creation and retrieval from moment content items. In some implementations, the automated memory creation and retrieval system can obtain moment content items from user-designated sources with a single user perspective or multiple user perspectives. The moment content items can be assigned tags and arranged in chronological order. The arranged moment content items can be clustered into memory content items based on clustering conditions. Once memory content items are created, they can be arranged into a memory hierarchy made up of connected nodes. In some implementations, the memory content items are also linked together based on similarity in various dimensions in a memory graph. The automated memory creation and retrieval system can receive search criteria for memories from a user interface and provide the user with memories from matched nodes in the memory hierarchy or linked memories in the memory graph.

Text transcriptions are associated with portions of the audio data representative of the text, and users can search the text transcription and access the portions of the audio data corresponding to search queries for playback. An outline can be automatically generated based on a text transcription of audio data and embedded as a modifiable object within a collaborative document. The system associates hot words with actions to modify the collaborative document upon identifying the hot words in the audio data. Collaborative content management systems can also generate custom lexicons for users based on documents associated with the user for use in transcribing audio data, ensuring that text transcription is more accurate.

The invention in one aspect increases the variety of ways a single user can interact with a piece of digital content by increasing the gesture vocabulary beyond simple single gesture interactions.
