  • Patent number: 11752601
Abstract: Mounting device for inserting insulation holders into insulation material, where the mounting device comprises a drive head adapted to drive the insulation holder through a central opening of the head portion of the mounting device, where the central opening is provided with a threaded portion, where the lead pitch of the threaded portion is at least 30 millimetres. The advantage of the invention is that insulation holders can be inserted into insulation material in an easy and cost-effective way. An insulation holder can be driven completely through the central opening since the insulation holder does not have a protruding head. The insulation holder is provided with a thread corresponding to the thread of the central opening, such that the insulation holder is screwed into the insulation material.

The uniform rotary motion of a drive shaft is transferred to a driven shaft with the aid of time staggered operating gear transmission units. The rotary motion is transformed by a cam transmission initially into a uniform translational motion and in the following this uniform translational motion is transformed into another, also uniform translational motion, with a speed depending on the translation ratio setting with a translation device. Finally this translational motion is transferred again into a uniform rotary motion by a further planar cam transmission and transferred to the driven shaft.

  • Patent number: 6182535
Abstract: A semi-automatic fuse and cap insertion tool includes a socket mounted on a rotatable shaft, which shaft is mounted in a gun-like holder structure. A resilient means between the shaft and the holder keeps the shaft in a first position. With a fuse and cap in said socket and the gun shaft aimed for linear movement toward the fuse block, a linear pressure force in the direction of the fuse and cap and release of a trigger latch means causes the shaft to move into a gun-like barrel recess in the holder to a second position. During such movement, a cam follower fixed in the gun barrel interior rides in a helical grove in the shaft to cause the shaft fuse and cap in this socket to rotate relative to the gun-like structure and lock the fuse in the block. In a first position, the trigger initially blocks movement of the shaft and the shaft in the first position to thereby allow a certain amount of pressure to be applied to move the fuse and cap into place in the block and against a spring in the fuse cap.

  • Patent number: 4436294
Abstract: A one hand clamping device which is flexible and reversible in operation, comprises a hand held main unit having mounted thereon a C-shaped clamping structure which is also changeable in relative position with the main unit, an actuating grip together with quandrant segment gear actuated thereby, rack bar driven from the gear action driven from the quandrant segment gear and integral with a slidable receptacle for supporting one-way drive structure for an actuating drive gear for in turn an elongated clamping screw which is mounted so as to be movable in and out of the hand held unit. The elongated clamping screw is provided with a slot therein for reception of a guide plate also mounted in the main unit to prevent rotation of the screw but to permit longitudinal movement thereof in and out of the main unit.

  • Patent number: 4263825
Abstract: The adjustment screw that regulates the stroke length of the piston that drives a diaphragm pump is rotated by means of a clutch and "diamond-back" screw structure. By selectively engaging either of two oppositely oriented one-way clutches, one of two respective associated nuts that ordinarily rotate freely on the "diamond-back" screw is blocked from rotation when the screw moves longitudinally in one direction. Thus locked, the nut compels the "diamond-back" screw to rotate, thereby turning the adjustment screw with which it is connected in order to produce the desired increase in piston stroke length.

  • Patent number: 4238002
Abstract: Apparatus for suspending a mass and using the weight of said mass to slowly rotate it. The apparatus includes a housing and a shaft within the housing coupled to said housing by means of a spiral cam so that longitudinal movement of the shaft causes the shaft to rotate. The shaft is also coupled to the housing by damping means which limits the rotational speed of the shaft to some preselected rate.

  • Patent number: RE40898
Abstract: In a lubricating device for a plurality of lubricating stations, in particular for supplying lubricant to knitting machines, a pump device is provided that serves at the same time as a distributor device. To that end, the pump device has a piston which is provided with a control groove. The corresponding pump cylinder has an inlet and a plurality of outlets distributed over the cylinder wall. Depending on which of the outlets the control groove of the piston is made to coincide with, a corresponding lubricating station is selected. The pump device is thus a distributor device as well.
