  • Patent number: 8429995
Abstract: An output power transmission device has a transmission plate and a C-ring. The transmission plate is attached to a wheel gear in an axial direction of the wheel gear such that the transmission plate directly engages with the wheel gear in a rotation direction. The transmission plate functions as a transmission member for transmitting rotation of the wheel gear to an output shaft. The C-ring is provided at a position where the C-ring sandwiches the transmission plate with the wheel gear in the axial direction. The C-ring functions as a restriction section for restricting movement of the transmission plate in the axial direction opposite from the wheel gear side. An elastic claw section as a pressing member is formed on the wheel gear. The elastic claw section presses the transmission plate against the C-ring in the axial direction.

Abstract: An exemplary gear transmission device includes a driving assembly including a driving shaft, a shaft coupling, a circular driving gear, a resilient mechanism and a driven gear engaging with the driving gear. The shaft coupling is fixed to the driving shaft and rotatable in unison with rotation of the driving shaft. The circular driving gear substantially surrounds and is operatively coupled to the shaft coupling and rotatable under urging of the shaft coupling. The resilient mechanism is held between the driving gear and the shaft coupling and is elastically deformable in circumferential directions of the shaft coupling. When the driving gear moves axially and collides with the driven gear without meshing with the driven gear, the driving gear rotates slightly relative to the shaft coupling thereby elastically deforming the resilient mechanism and the driving gear reaches a position where it can mesh with the driven gear.

Abstract: A split torque gearbox system provides a multiple path, three stage power gear train that transmits torque from a high-speed engine to a low speed output shaft, while providing equal gear load distribution with a floating pinion in the second stage of reduction. The number of the split modules in the gearbox depends on gearbox configuration, number of high speed input shafts, and transmitted power. The split modules are located around a last stage output gear that combines power from each module and transmits the power to an output such as a main rotor system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a rack bar supporting device for a vehicle steering apparatus. According to the present invention, it is possible to compensate for a clearance even when the yoke is worn after the durability of a vehicle is lost to a certain degree. Consequently, it is possible to prevent a noise caused by an impact reversely input from an uneven road surface due to the increase of the clearance and to provide a driver with a pleasant steering feeling. In addition, since it is possible to assemble a rack bar supporting device, which includes several components, to a gear box, in a state where the components are integrally coupled to each other, it is possible to reduce difficulty in assembling and the length of time for assembling, and to prevent the loss of the components.
