Abstract: A combination handle clamp, beverage bottle and can opener having a generally curved shaped body and integral attachment point to allow connection to other personal item such as a key ring. A secondary and tertiary integral curved section form a pair of loading points for fixing open a handle-trigger assembly and incorporate a gripping edge to facilitate opening a crimped or vacuum sealed bottle top. The tertiary curved section additionally functions as a second clamp position for the larger handles and also doubles as a pry mechanism to assist opening a pop-top can. The said gripping edge of the invention which contacts with said bottle top to be constructed of a durable material that won't abrade from its intended use.

Abstract: A product display unit for a displaying a plurality of products thereon is disclosed. The product display unit comprises a bottom member, a first rib, a second rib and a top member. The bottom member is configured to be positioned on a first product-supporting shelf. The first rib projects upwardly from the product-supporting surface and extends longitudinally along the bottom member. The second rib projects upwardly from the product-supporting surface and extends longitudinally along the bottom member, such that a distance is defined between the first rib and the second rib. The top member is disposed in juxtaposed relation with the bottom member and is configured for suspension from a second product-supporting shelf. The distance between the first rib and the second rib is dimensioned to be less than the widest portion of a product configured to be supported by the bottom member.

Abstract: An apparatus is magnetically mounted onto a metal surface, such as steel, presenting a bottle cap remover and magnetic cap catcher. The apparatus is molded as a one piece body having a plate with a surrounding stiffening flange. The bottle cap remover is fixed to a front surface. Magnets are molded into a rear surface with poles facing rearward, wherein the apparatus is secured by magnetic attraction to the ferromagnetic surface. Bottle caps, once removed, tend to slide on the plate and are captured by magnetic force so as to remain on the plate.

Abstract: This invention relates to the re-design of the original Ideal Dispensing apparatus, U.S. Pat. No. 2,174,712, (1939) and U.S. Pat. No. 2,637,612, (1953). Stated patent design was a single serving, slideable type container dispensing apparatus, manually operated horizontally through slideable guideways that were permanently welded fixed, one size, guideways that included a simple pan/tray for containers, cans and cartons. The new design gives the all-around versatility with the new all metal individual interchangeable and adjustable guideway blades and a saw tooth trough tray that accommodates majority of sizes, and shapes cans, cartons and beverage containers to include neck-less, and tapered designs in todays marketplace. This said new apparatus with new trough tray magnifies a novel and unobvious design combining and optimizing the utilization of space and versatility, with ease of installation and adjustment.

Abstract: A bottle cap remover includes a main body having an access opening therein, a bottle cap prying structure fixedly secured to the main body, and a magnet secured to at least one of the bottle cap prying structure and the main body. The bottle cap prying structure has a bottle cap receiving opening therein with opposing edge portions. The bottle cap receiving opening is exposed within the access opening of the main body. A bottle cap edge engaging portion of the bottle cap prying structure is defined by a first one of the opposing edge portions of the bottle cap receiving opening. The magnet is positioned adjacent to a second one of the opposing edge portions of the bottle cap receiving opening.

Abstract: The present invention describes a novelty, mountable bottle opening device configured to display an interchangeable, theme-based display panel upon a vertical surface. The mountable bottle opening device includes a support base structure, an intermediate connecting element, an interchangeable decorative overlay panel, a bottle cap removal device, a bottle cap disposal receptacle, and at least one decorative cover. Many of the elements are interchangeable and provide for displaying unlimited and diverse themes. As the device is used to remove a bottle cap, the user perceives an audio message, visual message and/or mechanical event.

Abstract: A molding removal tool assembly includes a handle having a first end and a second end. A plate is attached to the second end. The plate has a distal edge with respect to the handle. A blade is attached to the distal edge. The blade has a first side, a second side and a free edge. The blade has an opening therein extending into the first side and outwardly of the second side. The opening has a bottom edge. A tab is attached to the bottom edge and is angled toward the handle so that the plate extends over the tab. The free edge is configured to be extended between a wall surface and molding attached to the wall surface to urge the molding off of the wall surface with the tab.

Abstract: A lid actuator for opening and closing a specimen vial is provided. The lid actuator is generally adapted for use with automated laboratory equipment, for example, specimen auto sampling equipment, laboratory analytical testing equipment, food and product filling equipment and the like. The lid actuator generally includes an enclosure for maintaining a vial in an upright orientation, and a linkage assembly for rotationally engaging and mechanically opening the lid of the specimen vial. Additional features of the lid-actuator may further include a specimen vial ejection member, a vial catch tray, and an input tray.

Abstract: A bottle opener for opening polyethylene terephthalate bottles is disclosed to include a base, an adapter pivotally mounted in the base and defining therein an open chamber, retainers coupled between the base and the adapter and adapted for moving the cap of a polyethylene terephthalate bottle, each retainer having a toothed portion at one lateral side and a bearing portion adjacent to the toothed portion for stopping against the ribbed rim of the cap of the polyethylene terephthalate bottle to be opened to move the cap away from the polyethylene terephthalate bottle when the user biases the base relative to the polyethylene terephthalate bottle after attachment of the adapter to the cap.

Abstract: The invention is a bottle cap opener with an attached storage compartment in its handle to temporarily store, for later disposal, the bottle caps that it removes from a bottle in order to prevent bottle cap floor litter. The handle may be transparent in order to aid the user in determining when the storage compartment is full enough to warrant disposing of the stored, removed bottle caps.

Abstract: A pop tab remover apparatus and method of use having a fork and can support combination as a head which allow for easy removal of a tab from a soda, beer, or other type of can. The apparatus and method of use allows a user to easily place the fork between a tab and a can, seat or mate the can support near or at the top of the can, squeeze the handles and remove the tab with a “pop” like report. Unlike the prior art, the present art removes a can tab in a fraction of a second which aids in the efficient recycling of tabs.

Abstract: An oil filter canister removal tool comprising a cup-shaped plastic body long enough to receive the filter therein and of sufficient diameter as to provide radial clearance between the filter canister and the top rim of the body. A snug fit can be provided by integral flutes or bonded in strips of elastomeric material. In operation the tool is slipped over a canister after the canister has been loosened relative to the engine block. The tool is manually rotated until the canister is free of the engine. The tool can be cleaned up and reused after disposal of the oil filter canister. The tool may also be thrown away with the used filter.

Abstract: The Champagne Bottle Opener, a hand manipulable device is described for removing mushroom-shaped stoppers from sparkling beverage bottles. It includes a pair of bifurcated jaws and opposing handles about a common pivot wherein each jaw contains improvements over prior art, improvements that enable the device to function more effectively for the wide dimensional variances in bottle and cork diameters commonly found in the marketplace. The opposing handles contain improvements as well permitting the device to be operated more easily and safely. Also included in the present invention are features that generate a tactile “snap” when the device is properly inserted about the bottle, and provide improved means for anchoring the tool when engaging in the extraction of any mushroom-shaped stopper.
