Abstract: A multifunctional screwdriver with a screw finder comprises a bottle opener mounted on a handle and a screw finder threaded connected to the end of the handle. The screw finder comprises a tail cover with a through hole formed in its inner wall, a universal joint with a gibbosity arranged on each side of its outer circle wall, a magnet frame and a magnet. The universal joint is mounted in the tail cover through the gibbosity and the through hole. The magnet frame with the magnet embedded therein is mounted in the universal joint. When the magnet approaches to the screw, the universal joint and the magnet rotate due to the magnetic force, and the mounting position of the screw can be found. When the screwdriver is not used, the screwdriver can be directly hung to a wall through the bottle opener with a function of opening a bottle cover.

Abstract: This invention provides a novel solution for a Plug-Removing Tool comprising a base, a helicoid tool, and a lever. The invention also includes a method for using a Plug-Removing Tool to remove a plug from an opening of a container comprising partially inserting a helicoid tool of the Plug-Removing Tool into the plug, extending a lever of the Plug-Removing Tool, gripping the lever with a hand and using the lever to apply a torque relative to a point where the helicoid tool was inserted into the plug driving the helicoid tool into the plug, and using the Plug-Removing Tool, with the helicoid tool fully inserted into the plug, to pull the plug from the container.

Abstract: The corkscrew with lever includes a spiral mounted rotating on a zone of a handle between an end segment and a maneuvering segment, and a telescoping arm having a first element mounted rotating on the end segment and a second element, having an upper end and a lower end, mounted sliding in the first element between an idle position and a second position. The lower edge of the lower end of said second element is provided to bear on the neck of a bottle. The end segment defines a circular cam having, as center, the second axis and able to act on the upper end of the second element, which is connected to the second axis using a return member. In a usage position of the corkscrew, its upper end is continuously kept in contact with the cam and its lower end extends continuously outside the first element.

The tab lifting flange is an inwardly-protruding lip which extends over a short plane parallel to the lower surface of the beverage can. To open the can, the tab lifting flange of a first can is placed upon the top surface of a second can. The first can is motioned such that the tab lifting flange captures and lifts the tab and opens the second can. In this manner, each can acts as a tab-opener for other cans.

Abstract: The invention relates to a corkscrew (T) including a handle (100) to which are connected a worm (200) and two separate levers (300, 400) pivotably connected in a case on a single pin (A) secured to the handle and preformed to provide the two notches or two fulcra (310, 410) that are required in order to extract a cork (B) inserted in the neck (G) of a bottle, in two steps. Said corkscrew is characterized in that the two levers include two portions, the second portion (330) of the first lever (300) being preformed such as to be inserted in the second portion (430) of the second lever (400) and create a fulcrum on the neck (G) of the bottle when the corkscrew (T) passes from the first notch (310) to the second notch (410) such that said first notch (310) does not project in relation to the second notch (410) and said first notch (310) does not prevent said passing. The invention also relates to the method for using the corkscrew described above. The invention is useful for manufacturing corkscrews.

Abstract: The Canopy Tent Pole Mounted Bottle Opener (“Opener”) is a device that will be used for opening bottles and cans in conjunction with a canopy tent leg. While neither the canopy tent nor the canopy tent leg is a part of this patent application, the Opener is designed to be compatible and used in conjunction with several different types and brands of canopy tent legs that are already in the market. Using a simple, but effective design, the Opener can be attached to any of the canopy tent's collapsible legs and allow the user to pry open a bottle or can of his/her beverage of choice. The angle in which the Opener has been designed is unique and the only angle in which the proper amount of downward force may feasibly be applied to pry open a bottle without spilling the contents. Moreover, the protruding portion of the Opener can serve as a hook that may be used to hold a garbage bag to catch and collect discarded bottle caps.

The array of ones of: a) recesses and b) notches are compatibly formed to receive and mate with a first array of another of: a) recesses and b) notches on one twist-off bottle cap and a second, distinct array of another of: a) recesses and b) notches on another twist-off bottle cap. A pry-off crown cap opener can also be provided along the receiver. A promotional branding beverage opener is also provided.

Abstract: In one aspect, magazine floor plate removal tools for removing the floor plate of a firearm magazine are described herein, the floor plate defining a hole and the magazine defining a surface adjacent the floor plate. In some embodiments, the tool comprises a handle having a first end and a second end, and a first gripping member that grips the firearm magazine. The gripping member comprises a first arm extending from the first end of the handle and a second arm extending from the first end of the handle. The terminus of the first arm comprises an elongated first pin that has a long axis and engages the hole of the floor plate. The terminus of the second arm comprises a first engagement surface that is positioned substantially parallel to the long axis of the first pin and engages the surface of the magazine adjacent the floor plate.

A lever is pivotally attached to the housing between a first position for accommodating at least a portion of the can and a second position for engaging and opening the can as the can rotates with the wheel. A corkscrew is at least partially surrounded by the housing. The gear train operatively connects the corkscrew to the motor such that the corkscrew rotates with respect to the housing upon actuation of the motor to engage a cork to facilitate removal of the cork from a bottle.

In one embodiment, the first bottle opener may include a first hook and a second hook, creating a space to receive the cap of the beverage. When in use, the cap of the beverage is inserted into the space, and the first hook and second hook are disposed slightly underneath the cap to clamp it, and the user can easily remove the cap by holding the first rotating portion or second rotating portion and lifting the opener.

Abstract: A bottle opener comprising a carabiner frame with an inwardly opening pivoting gate on a first side of the frame and an appendage comprising an area engagable with an underside of a bottle cap. The appendage protrudes into a space within the carabiner frame from a point on an interior of a second side of the frame opposite the first side. When the gate is opened, a free end of the gate fits under the appendage.

Abstract: A can opener is adapted for engaging and lifting a tab attached to the flat upper surface (top) of a sealed can, with the upraised tab engaging and downwardly displacing a sealing member for opening the can. The opener includes a handle with first and second arms extending therefrom. The curvilinear first arm is adapted for positioning between the can's upper surface and the tab and for raising the tab when the handle is pivotally moved outwardly from the can's upper edge which acts as a fulcrum in engaging a lower portion of the curvilinear first arm. A second arm extending from the handle and disposed in closely spaced relation from the first arm includes a pointed end portion adapted to engage and puncture an upper lateral portion of the can to prevent formation of an air lock in the can for facilitating the discharge of the liquid contents of the can.

The corkscrew further includes a mechanical element (10, 20) adapted to engage the third shaft and acutuate it automatically to move the third shaft from the closed position of the corkscrew, where the third shaft is contained between the first and second shafts, to the open position where the third shaft is substantially perpendicular to the first and second shafts aligned in the open position.
