Abstract: High mobility P-channel power metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a power MOSFET is fabricated such that the holes flow in an inversion/accumulation channel, which is along the (110) crystalline plane, or equivalents, and the current flow is in the [110] direction, or equivalents, when a negative potential is applied to the gate with respect to the source. The enhanced channel mobility of holes leads to a reduction of the channel portion of the on-state resistance, thereby advantageously reducing total “on”resistance of the device.

Abstract: This invention relates to an apparatus for cutting food comprising a rack and a knife rest set on the rack and further comprising: a nipper for gripping food. A slideway is designed on the rack, provided with a slide rail and a guide rail that match each other between the slideway and the bottom of the nipper. The nipper for gripping food of the food cutter avoids sliding along the slideway with hands directly holding food to effectively prevent hands from being scratched by the knife rest and provide safer and more labor-saving use. Moreover, the slide rail and the guide rail that match each other between the slideway and the bottom of the nipper prevent the nipper from deviating when sliding along the slideway for more labor-saving use. This invention further discloses that it is a food cutter that can cut food into more shapes.

Two slots are provided for each set of stator coils, each phase and each magnetic pole and the total number of slots is seventy-two or more. The stator core formed by laminating a plurality of sheet-shaped magnetic members. The stator coils are disposed in the slots, and the stator core is rounded such that the stator coils become the inner side thereof and both end surfaces thereof are contacted to connect the stator core in an annular shape.

Abstract: A press punching apparatus makes many holes at the same time and changes an arrangement of the holes without changing a punch block and a die block. A punching mold is provided with a plurality of punches having different lengths. A travel distance of the mold is adjusted so that a first part of the punches penetrates a work piece to be punched in a first stroke. Then, the travel distance of the mold is changed so that the work piece is punched by a second part of the punches other than the first part of the punches in a second stroke.

Abstract: Sheet-metal blanks for rotors or stators of electrical machines are cut from rolled sheet-metal strips with a magnetic preferential direction and layered to form a laminated rotor core or laminated stator core. To compensate largely for a magnetic anisotropy of the laminated rotor core or laminated stator core, the sheet-metal blanks, when they are not centrosymmetrical, are cut out together congruently in a single cutting operation, from rolled sheet-metal strips stacked one above the other and rotated relative to one another by an angle.

Abstract: An electromagnetically operable valve having an electromagnetic circuit which includes at least one solenoid coil, a core used as internal pole, and an armature, as well as a magnet housing at least partially surrounding the solenoid coil. The magnet housing is produced from a sheet-metal blank with the aid of rolling or bending. The magnet housing has a middle housing area that is adjoined in the axial direction on both sides by attachment areas which have a smaller outside diameter than the housing area. The valve is particularly suitable as a fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

Abstract: An automated tube trimming system accurately trims tubes to the correct height and angle. The tube trimming system is a combination of an automated trimming saw and a unique spherical tube clamping system. A spherical clamp having a fixed clamp section and an internal swivel portion is used to clamp a tube at an appropriate angle for cutting in an automated tube trimming saw. The spherical clamp may be tightened onto the tube at an angle appropriate to provide the correct mating cut to easily weld to a second mating tube section or fitting. Conventional methods cut perpendicular to the direction of the tube, thereby requiring time consuming and labor intensive grinding and deburring. The ability to provide accurate and simple formation of trimmed tubes may be useful in a wide variety of industries where the movement of air and fluid through tubes is performed.
