Abstract: The present disclosure provides a peanut whole-process production line and a method. The peanut whole-process production line includes a peanut cleaning system, a shell breaking system, a skin removing system, a peanut kernel classification system, an ultra-fine pulverization system and a classification packaging system; a first procedure is cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, breaking of peanut shells is performed after the cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, removal of peanut kernel skins and ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells are respectively performed after the breaking of peanut shells, classification of peanut kernels is performed after the removal of peanut kernel skins, and classification packaging of ultra-fine peanut shell powder is performed after the ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells; whole-process processing of peanuts is completed by using the peanut whole-process production line, and peanut resources are fully utilized.

Abstract: An abrasive type vertical grain milling machine comprises a perforated cylindrical body which serves to define an outer periphery of a grain milling chamber and which has a plurality of vertically arranged resistance members projected radially into the grain milling chamber so as to impart resistances to motions of the grains in a circumferential direction of an abrasive type roll assembly, an amount of projections of each of the resistance members being made to be adjustable, and further has projection amount adjusting mechanisms for adjusting independently the respective amounts of projection in the radial direction of the plural resistance members located in different vertical positions, and therefore, it is possible to adjust independently the resistance imparted to the motions of the grains within the grain milling chamber in each of the upstream-side region and downstream-side region of the grain milling chamber.
Abstract: Processes for dehusking psyllium seeds to obtain high yields of high purity psyllium seed husk. These processes comprise milling intact psyllium seeds in a mill which causes the husk to be fragmented by collision under conditions whereby the husk is fractured and separated from the non-husk portion of the psyllium seed without substantial breakage and size reduction of the non-husk portion. Preferred milling utilizes impact speeds within the range of from about 5 m/sec to about 40 m/sec.
Abstract: The versatility of a grain husking and polishing machine to treat grains of different types is improved by providing a grain treatment chamber constituted by an abrasive rotor mounted on a fixed axis and a screen assembly surrounding said rotor and mounted on a movable annular plate actuated by a sidewardly movable mechanism capable of changing the eccentrically of said screen assembly with respect to said rotor. A more efficient combined husking and polishing action is accomplished by providing a rotor comprising a plurality of cam-like abrasive discs spaced apart by a corresponding plurality of spacer rings having a diameter smaller than that of the discs so as to form grain expansion chambers therebetween, whereby an energetic husking action followed by a moderate abrading polishing action are effected along the treatment chamber.
Abstract: In a cereal-grain polishing apparatus, a perforated tubular member is arranged substantially vertically. A polishing roll fixedly mounted to a rotary shaft is rotatably arranged within the perforated tubular member to define therebetween a polishing chamber. The polishing roll is provided with at least one agitating projection and at least one opening. Cereal grains to be polished are fed to the polishing chamber by a screw feed roll fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft, such that the cereal grains move upwardly through the polishing chamber. When the polishing roll is rotated, the agitating projection brings the cereal grains into friction contact with each other to remove surface layers from the respective cereal grains.
Abstract: A screen and rotor assembly for a grain husking, decorticating, polishing and whitening machine, and including an abrading screen supported by a screen holder, and an abrading rotor concentrically arranged within the abrading screen. The spacing between working surfaces of the abrading screen and the abrading rotor is maintained at a constant value, despite wear of the abrading surfaces thereof, by a plurality of axially extending channels in the screen holder for housing a corresponding plurality of abrading members such that the abrading members in turn support the edges of a plurality of alternate screen members located between each pair of consecutive channels, the channels being provided with a plurality of adjustable fasteners for holding the abrading members and for adjusting the radial position thereof.
Abstract: A grain polishing and whitening machine, particularly adapted for treatment of rice, comprises a base box, housing means having first, second, third and fourth coaxially arranged housing sections, said second housing section being coaxially mounted on said first housing section such that it may be rotatably displaced with respect thereto, said third section being coaxially mounted on said second section, and said fourth section being coaxially mounted on said third section such that it can be rotatably displaced with respect thereto, concentric hollow rotor means extending through said first, second and third housing sections, grain feed means in said second housing section, screw conveyor means within said second housing section and having a helical rib lined with an abrasive layer, for displacing and rubbing said grains along said second housing section and into the third housing section, cylindrical indented screen means in said third housing section adjustable, diametrically opposed, diagonally fluted kni
