Abstract: A temperature monitoring assembly includes a plurality of sensing units that each has an input port and each of the sensing units broadcasts a data signal. A first temperature sensor is pluggable into the input port on a respective one of the sensing units to sense the temperature of a fluid food item. A second temperature sensor has a data cord that is pluggable into the input port on a respective one of the sensing units to sense the temperature of a solid food item. A personal electronic device is included which stores a temperature analysis program. The personal electronic device is in remote communication with the sensing units and the personal electronic device displays temperature data corresponding to each of the sensing units to facilitate a user to remotely monitor the temperature of the food items that each of the sensing units is measuring.
