Abstract: A template for measuring the cross section of a graft comprises a first half-body and a second half-body. The two half-bodies are mutually secured such that they can rotate the one with respect to the other around an axis, each one of the two half-bodies comprises a plurality of openings having known and different sizes, each one of the openings of the two half-bodies is open toward the outside through an at least partially radial slot. The two half-bodies can rotate the one with respect to the other around the axis between an open position and a closed position and vice versa. In the open position the slots of the first half-body axially coincide with the slots of the second half-body, and in the closed position the openings of the first half-body axially coincide with the openings of the second half-body.

Abstract: A custom piece-together quilt template incorporates first and second primary template sectors. Each template sector has an outer edge, converging side edges, a sector point at a convergence of said side edges, and a planar body. The planar body of each template sector defines at least one interior arc-shaped cutout. Complementary tabs and sockets are located along respective side edges of the first and second template sectors and function to temporarily join the template sectors together when using the quilt template.
Abstract: The invention relates to a modular humeral prosthesis for an inverse shoulder prosthesis, comprising an anatomical shaft (1) and a separable epiphyseal head (2) which may be angularly orientated by rotation about the longitudinal axis (XX) of the anatomical shaft. The anatomical shaft and the epiphyseal head comprise complementary angular indexing means (11, 28) for relative rotational fixation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a medical device and method to determine proper implant screw sizing for inserting within the intramedullary canal of a patient's bone. The medical device includes a radiolucent base that includes radiopaque markings indicative of an implant screw. The markings therefore appear on a radiographic image taken of the provided medical device. The markings may include first diameter markings and length markings, and may also include second diameter markings. The first and second diameter markings may be indicative of a major and minor diameter of an implant screw, respectively. The markings may also include an indication of a type or model of implant screw. In some instances, the medical device may include multiple sets of markings. In such instances, each set of markings is indicative of a different implant screw.
Abstract: A protective cover for an electrical device for use during construction includes a front wall, a pair of end walls, and a pair of side walls. The end walls extend from opposite sides of the front wall. The side walls extend from opposite sides of the front wall. The front wall, the end walls, and the side walls define a cavity configured to enclose an electrical device. The cover can be placed over the device during construction to limit the ingress of debris.
Abstract: The template-marking tool for installing conduit may comprise a template for locating the center of a new conduit aperture on a junction box. The template may be pressed against a wall of the junction box and may slide along the junction box until a first mark shows at one of a plurality of alignment slots. A second mark may be made on the junction box at one of a plurality of centering apertures. The new conduit aperture may be drilled at the second mark to create an aperture for accepting a conduit connector that an individual conduit will couple to. A plurality of indicia may be adapted to guide a user in selecting one of the plurality of centering apertures on the template based upon the size of a conduit support strut and the diameter of the individual conduit.
Abstract: The level correcting gauge block is a tool. The level correcting gauge block incorporates a stepped structure, a level tool, and a target surface. The level tool is a tool used to identify a plane that is perpendicular to the force of gravity (called a horizontal plane). The level tool is used to determine whether the target surface is parallel (or “level”) to a plane that is perpendicular to the force of gravity. The stepped structure works in conjunction with the level tool. The stepped structure measures the elevation change required to be made to the target surface to bring the target surface to level.
