Abstract: A level with a removable end cap is provided. The level includes a hollow level body. The end cap includes an outer member and locking member received within the outer member. The locking member is inserted into the outer member pushing a moveable portion of the outer member into a frictional engagement that holds the end cap assembly in place relative to the level body.

Abstract: A masonry level, with an extruded metallic box main body, is disclosed for measuring orientation of a work surface. The front of the main body includes an external longitudinal lower floating fin protrusion and a mid-section longitudinal tab and an upper longitudinal hook tab. The main body further includes an internal longitudinal tab in the back and multiple apertures for installation of eyelets for hanging the level, side bubble vials at the ends of the main body and a central horizontal bubble vial. The main body has a wider bottom relative to its top, and has a longitudinal upper back convex shape. A number of plastic claddings are attached to the front of the masonry level. Endcaps are attached to the ends of the main body structure. The masonry level can also be used as a construction tool to smooth uncured concrete and mud plaster surfaces.
Abstract: A level attachment having a cylindrical tubing with a first half and a second half is capable of being removably secured about a weight lifting bar. A first embodiment employs a magnetic attachment means and second embodiment employs a clasping means. Within the first half is disposed a spirit level.
Abstract: A tape measure device for measuring pipes includes a spring return positioned in a housing. A tape is engaged to and is loopedly positioned around the spring return. The tape is selectively extensible from a front of the housing via a slot. A recess in a bottom of the housing extends from the front to a back and to proximate to the slot. A hook engaged to a second end of the tape can selectively engage a terminus of a substrate, enabling a user grasping the housing in a hand to extend the tape along the substrate. Indicia on the tape allow measurement of a distance from the second end of the tape. A fastener on the bottom of the housing can selectively engage the substrate to removably engage the housing to the substrate so that the user can release the housing.
