Abstract: Control device for a computer mouse. In order to enhance comfort as much as possible and to avoid or even cure RSI phenomena, a control device is proposed with a curved finger-supporting element and thumb-supporting element with varying curvatures. Optimum support for the hand and fingers (thumb) is obtained if there is a certain correlation between the length over which the hand, including the fingers, is supported and the width available for supporting the fingers. This value is preferably in the range 0.3-0.6 and more specifically is 0.45. Furthermore, the curvature and height of the finger-supporting element and thumb-supporting element must be implemented such that they are a function of the length of the control device. According to a particular embodiment the finger-supporting element is implemented such that, when viewed transversely, this descends from the highest point in a circle.

Abstract: A collapsible computer mouse includes a main cover, a collapsible portion, and a hinge assembly hinging the main cover and the collapsible portion. The hinge assembly includes a first bracket, a second bracket, a restricting member, at least one resilient member, a fastener, a third bracket, and a connecting member. The first bracket, the second bracket, the restricting member, the resilient member, and the fastener are sleeved on the shaft. A protrusion is formed on of the first bracket or the restricting member, and a sliding slot is defined in the other. Elastic force created by the resilient member engages the protrusion in the sliding slot, such that the hinge assembly is self-locking.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless mouse having a storing structure for storing a wireless signal receiver therein. The wireless mouse includes an upper housing, a wireless signal receiver, a lower housing and a torsion spring. The lower housing has a depression structure for receiving the wireless signal receiver therein. A perforation is disposed in a sidewall of the lower housing and communicated with the depression structure. Due to the torsional force resulting from said torsion spring, the wireless signal receiver is clasped and fixed in the depression structure.
Abstract: A scroll function is performed by a horizontally rotating disk-shaped or ring-shaped scroll plate. when the peripheral portion is pressed down, the scroll plate is inclined such that the pressure portion becomes the lowest level and it is possible to assign a fixed function at a position to be pressed down. A left click button is provided in the middle of the scroll plate.
Abstract: A mouse is provided with function buttons being aligned back and forth on its surface. Thus, the width is narrower than in a general mouse to make the mouse slim. Furthermore, the back-and-forth function buttons can be pressed by a finger tip put on the upper surface of the mouse to operate the mouse.
Abstract: An input device for a computer is described that positions the user's hand in a more ergonomically desirable position, i.e., at an angle of about 45° to the work surface. In preferred embodiments, the input device accommodates either a user's left or right hand, and in either case, positions the hand in an ergonomically desirable position. In another embodiment, the length of the input device of the present invention is adjusted for the size of the user's hand. In further embodiments, the input device of the present invention provides a palm rest. Other desirable features included in preferred embodiments include lateral buttons that are positioned one above the other.

Abstract: A mouse is disclosed to include a mouse body, which has a coupling structure on the top and two accommodation open chambers respectively at two sides of the coupling structure for storing different items, and a movable cover module, which has a top cover and a coupling structure fastened to the top cover and coupled to the coupling structure of the guide structure for allowing movement of the top cover relative to the mouse body selectively to a first open position to close the first accommodation open chamber and to open the second accommodation open chamber, a second open position to close the second accommodation open chamber and to open the first accommodation open chamber, or a closed position to close the first and second accommodation open chambers and to keep storage items in the accommodation open chambers from sight.
