Abstract: A marker for use in playing lotto games such as bingo is made from a transparent rigid material having a flat bottom surface and a convex upper surface. The marker is sized to cover the indicia on the bingo card and to magnify the indicia thereunder. The marker has a convexly curved downwardly facing shoulder extending between the upper surface and bottom surface. The upper surface, shoulder and bottom surface form a continuous curvilinear surface which provides a magnified view free from double images.
Abstract: A magnifier lens assembly mounted within a lamp head including a barrel housing and a first, second and third lens, each of the lenses having a convex surface, an opposing substantially planar surface and a center axis of symmetry of the convex surface; the first, second and third lenses being mounted successively and coaxially within the barrel housing with the convex surface of the first lens facing the convex surface of the second lens, and the substantially planar surface of the second lens facing the convex surface of the third lens wherein the barrel housing includes means for securing the lenses in relatively fixed relation to each other and means for securing said magnifier lens assembly within said lamp head.
Abstract: A magnifying device for use with certain games and for reading small print. More particularly, the device has non-parallel, spaced apart lower and upper surfaces such that when the device is placed on a flat surface, the upper surface is at an oblique angle to the viewer so that an underlying number or word is magnified and more clearly seen. The device may also serve as a bingo marker and magnifier for magnifying the given number over which the marker lays.
Abstract: A telephone handset having a magnifying reading glass lens built into the housing along with an electric light bulb positioned to illuminate the field of view of the lens. The end of the handset housing opposite the cord is elongated to accommodate the lens and light bulb, and a pressure operated switch for controlling the light is also mounted in the handset housing. The light bulb is supplied with current via the switch by wires contained within the telephone cord or cable.
