Abstract: A highly functional desk organizer includes a base (10) with a bottom surface (12) and a top surface (16), (108) with a thickness that is relatively small in relation to the periphery of the base (10). An array of three pockets (26), (28), (30); (110), (112), (114) is located on the top surface (16), (108) that includes a relatively shallow pocket (28), (112) in the center of the array and is adapted to receive and provide support for a note pad, and the two side pockets (26), (30); (110), (114) on each side of the central pocket (28), (112) which are deeper than the central pocket (28), (112) and adapted to receive paper clips, rubber bands, business cards or the like. Two cylindrical pockets (32), (34); (116), (118) are located in the top surface (108) and are substantially identical and relatively deep in relation to the central pocket (28), (112).

Abstract: A transportable note pad holder that includes a main body having a note pad well for carrying a note pad. The main body is adapted to be removably carried within a sheath. The sheath includes a means for attachment to an article, illustrated as a pair of resilient arm clips that may be used to attach the sheath to a back pack strap or the like. To remind the user that a note carried within the main body is to be reviewed, the main body is provided with an alarm. Preferably, the alarm is connected to a lamp that will draw the attention of the user to the note pad holder. The lamp may also be arranged to illuminate the interior of the main body in order to allow a user to read any notes carried thereby.

Abstract: A notepad and writing instrument holder, particularly adapted for mounting on a surface within the interior of an automobile, for example, includes one piece construction comprising a molded plastic structure with first and second members which are hinged together along a living hinge portion. One of the members nests within the other such that opposed side panels of each member cooperate to retain the two members in a fixed position relative to each other to provide a writing surface for a notepad which is adjustable to suit the writer's needs and position relative to the notepad holder. Ratchet teeth formed on one member cooperate with detent members formed on the other member. The notepad holder may be injection molded in a generally flat planar configuration and the two members are formed by folding circular sector shaped side panels of each member with respect to center panels of each member into their working positions.

Abstract: The present invention provides an ink-slab for calligraphy, wherein a hollow case is formed. A baffle partitions the space of the case into a water tank and an ink tank. Each tank has an opening. The openings of the water tank and the ink tank extend upwards to form necks and are installed slantingly along the direction of hair arrangement and ink scraping. Using so integrated but still separate design, the user can select to moisten a hair pencil with ink or dilute or wash it with water according to necessity. Hair arrangement will be more smooth and the scraped ink can be prevented from spilling out of the opening. An accommodation tank is formed in the case and a case cover is matched with the accommodation tank. Tissue papers can be placed in the accommodation tank to be taken along with the ink-slab. Concavity grooves are formed on the bottom edges of side walls of the cover for the accommodation tank. Hair pencils can be placed on the concavity grooves when the cover is placed upside down.
