Abstract: A desk console element includes a receptacle member for holding a desktop item such as a pen and pen base and further includes a one-piece connecting clip for releasably connecting the receptacle member to the receptacle member of a like element. The connecting clip includes a first part and a second part, and the receptacle member includes a pair of elongated tracks for slidably accepting the first clip part and detent-defining means which, with the tracks, cooperate with the first clip part to releasably interlock the clip and the receptacle member. The second clip part is adapted to be releasably interlocked with the receptacle member of the like member as the first clip part is adapted to be releasably interlocked with the receptacle member of its element.

Abstract: The present invention provides a means for stacking wooden trays easily and for disassembly. Connecting members are provided on the rear and side walls of the trays to be stacked, slipping onto those walls without nails or glue so they can be disassembled easily. The fronts of the trays are unencumbered so they can be of different shapes as well as of different sizes.
Abstract: An office accessory system for use on both horizontal and vertical surfaces and in both conventional and open-plan environments. Accessories are provided, each being self-supporting on a horizontal surface, one of them being self-supporting on a horizontal surface in either a horizontal or a vertical orientation. The accessories have recesses for receiving support hooks engageable with the arm of a cantilever support. The cantilever support has an attaching bracket which is selectively engageable with the side channels found on a wide variety of open plan wall panels for mounting the accessories thereon in a vertical orientation.

Abstract: A modular desk organizer is disclosed which includes a pair of organizing units (12, 14) joined into a common assembly by an adapter (16). The adapter (16) includes a pair of support shelves (32) having apertures (34) formed therein and positioned so that the adapter (16) can be securely attached to adjoining organizing units while ensuring that the organizing units are horizontally stable.
