Abstract: A universal workout handle with adjustable hand grip orientations is provided. In particular, the present disclosure provides an improved workout handle for cable machines used in weightlifting and strength training exercises. The handle features a primary metal ring that allows for easy attachment to a variety of cable machines, supporting compatibility across different equipment. A length of nylon strap is folded and sewn to create a secure loop through the metal ring, with two individual lengths extending below, each threaded through a hollow ergonomic hand grip. Positioned vertically along the straps, these hand grips allow for enhanced muscle control. The handle configuration is further adjustable through carabiner clips, enabling both vertical and horizontal orientations to accommodate exercises for all major upper body muscle groups without requiring attachment changes.
