Abstract: A glute bridge exercise apparatus enables a user to variously exercise glute muscle groups, and includes a first and second platform assemblies. The first platform assembly includes a first platform portion, a first peripheral frame, and a pair of first extension legs. The pair of first extension legs are telescopically receivable in and extensible from laterally opposed frame portions of the first peripheral frame. The second platform assembly includes a second platform portion, a second peripheral frame, and a platform support portion. A proximal frame end is pivotally attached to the first platform assembly adjacent the pair of first extension legs. The platform support portion is pivotally attached to a distal frame end and enables a user to adjust an angle of inclination of the second platform portion relative to the first platform portion for positioning the user between the first and second platform portions for variously exercising muscle groups.
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed of an exercise bench. The exercise bench includes a girder coupled to a seat, the girder including a front end and a rear end. A first fitting is coupled to the front end and a second fitting is coupled to the rear end. A front leg is rotatably coupled to the first fitting so that the front leg can rotate about the first fitting between a deployed position and a stored position, and a rear leg is rotatably coupled to the second fitting so that the rear leg can rotate about the second fitting between a deployed position and a stored position. A pair of backrest rails are coupled to a backrest and rotatably coupled to the second fitting, and an angular adjustment mechanism can be used to adjust the angle of the backrest relative to the seat.
Abstract: A door mount system for securing exercise devices to a door for use by a user. The door mount system includes a support member, a securing member, an attachment member, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member is adapted to move the securing member. A securing member is adapted to press on the door to removably connect the support member to the door. The attachment member is adapted to connect to an exercise device. The door mount system may further include guide members and slots. The guide members slidably move in the slots to prevent rotation of the securing member. The attachment member may include one or more eyelets adapted to connect to the exercise device.
