Abstract: A splatterless urinal having a chamber for the reception of urine in the form of a truncated right circular cone. One side of the cone shaped interior chamber is positioned vertically so that the base of the cone is at an angle to the vertical, whereby the incoming urine stream is captured and retained within the body of the urinal.
Abstract: A hygienic urinal for installation in restrooms is disclosed. The hygienic urinal consists of an outer body and an inner body. The outer body comprises a pair of sidewalls connected at the rear edges to a rear wall, and a horizontally oriented top connected to both sidewalls and the rear wall resulting in a boxlike structure open at the front. The rear wall of the outer body is adjacent to and flush with a vertical wall of the restroom. The urinal bottom is recessed in the restroom floor and gradually sloped toward a centrally positioned drain. The inner body of the urinal consists of two inner sidewalls connected along their front edge to the outer body sidewalls and along their rear edge to an inner rear wall parallel to the outer rear wall.
Abstract: A urinal including a pair of substantially vertical sidewalls having front edges lying in a plane defining an entrance opening of the urinal, and rear edges defining a substantially vertical slot, the pair of sidewalls converging inwardly so as to form a trough for guiding the flow of urine entering the entrance opening in a path transverse to the plane and toward the slot; internal walls defining a vertically oriented channel communicating with the trough via the slot, the internal walls having front edges terminating at the slot and the channel converging to a vertically oriented extremity displaced from the slot in a direction parallel to the plane and a bottom wall joined to bottom edges of the sidewalls and the internal walls and defining a drain opening. The trough and channel guide deposited urine to the shielded extremity of the channel so as to prevent splashback.
Abstract: A urinal having a pair of sidewalls which are integrally connected at rear edges thereof to form a V-shaped configuration. The apex of the V-shaped configuration is offset from a plane perpendicular to a plane defined by the front edges of the sidewalls. Both a wall mounted and full height urinal is disclosed.
