Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch sensitive label for an injection device, the label comprising: a flexible substrate configured for attachment to a housing of the injection device, an electronic display located on the substrate and configured to visually display at least one indication, a touch sensitive area located on the substrate and electrically connectable to the electronic display, and a processor connected to the electronic display and configured to modify the visual appearance of the at least one indication in response to a user touching or depressing the touch sensitive area.
Abstract: A medical endoscope is an instrument having an elongate, tubular shaft. The instrument is commonly provided with a flushing device. The flushing liquid can be guided through corresponding separate liquid channels. In order to be able to control the flow of the liquid, the liquid channels have a stopcock. The stopcocks here are of complex construction, and for this reason both the production thereof and the cleaning thereof are complicated. The invention includes a stopcock and also a housing and a method for producing the housing, by way of which the production and the cleaning of the housing are simplified. This is achieved in that a housing and at least one spring element for form-fitting fixing of a plug in a position in the interior space of the housing are manufactured integrally from a single part, that is to say in one part.
Abstract: A foot operated traction device for allowing a pregnant woman to selectively self-induce dilatation of her cervix via her foot and a method for doing the same, the device comprising a balloon catheter comprising an inflatable balloon insertable above the cervix of the pregnant woman and an elongate catheter tube comprising a catheter tube proximal end portion and a catheter tube distal end portion coaxially mounted to the inflatable balloon, the inflatable balloon inflatable with a fluid to apply dilatative pressure against the cervix, and an elongate stirrup connected to the catheter tube at the catheter tube proximal end at a stirrup proximal end and removably engageable with the foot of the pregnant woman at a stirrup distal end, wherein the stirrup distal end is movable by the movement of the foot to selectively vary a traction force of the inflatable balloon.
Abstract: Assembly with connectable and disconnectable elements comprises a flexible bag containing liquid solution with a first valve connector, at least one vial with active substance and provided with a hermetic closing cap, a coupling and piercing device couplable to the cap of the vial and an adapter between the first connector and the coupling and piercing device. The adapter has a hollow external body with a first end fixable by screwing to the first connector, an axially bored, coaxial internal stem, the screwing causes the opening of the first connector and a second end including a second valve connector fixable to the coupling and piercing device and is screwable in the external body so that internal stem causes the opening of the second valve connector.
