Abstract: An acoustic booth can comprise a frame comprising an upper portion and a plurality of vertical column members extending downwardly from the upper portion. A roof can be coupled to the upper portion of the frame. At least one sidewall extending downwardly from the roof. The roof and at least one sidewall can cooperate to define an interior. The at least one sidewall can define an interior surface. The interior surface of the at least one sidewall can have a cycloidal shape in cross section in horizontal planes. The at least one sidewall, in cross section in horizontal planes spaced relative to a vertical axis, can have a shape of a square with rounded corners. The acoustic booth can further comprise a floor comprising a sound attenuating material. The acoustic booth can further comprise a microphone divider panel extending downwardly from the roof and partitioning a first zone from a second zone.
Abstract: A magnetic track assembly including an elongate channel having an open side, an end wall, and two parallel side walls; a first magnet disposed within the elongate channel near an interior side of the end wall; a compartment defined within the elongate channel spaced from the first magnet; and a screen receiver disposed within the compartment and including a second magnet arranged facing the first magnet. In the magnetic track assembly, the first and second magnets are of opposite polarity and the screen receiver is loosely disposed within the compartment such that a magnetic bond is intact between the first and second magnets when the first and second magnets are close together and the magnetic bond is broken when the first and second magnets are pulled apart.
Abstract: A canopy is configured to be mounted to a passenger seat of a passenger transport vehicle, in particular an aircraft. The canopy is foldable between a retracted storage configuration and an extended operational configuration. In the operational configuration, the canopy forms a hood establishing a passenger's personal space below the canopy. The canopy comprises at least one functional device which is configured for modifying a physical characteristics of the personal space. The at least one functional device in particular includes at least one of a lighting device configured for lighting the personal space and a venting device configured for venting the personal space.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for hunting that enables hunters to remain concealed while still maneuvering with the blind constructed in an in-use configuration and without disturbing quarry. The hunting blind comprises a portable, collapsible, lightweight, pop-up frame enabling the gamesmen to gain closer proximity to small and large game while permitting movement during use without detection. When not in use, the frame of the hunting blind collapses into a compact, transportable configuration that slides into a carrying bag for easy transport. The hunting blind of the present invention offers 360 degrees of concealment, comfortably concealing two hunters. The blind comprises a cover adapted to swathe the frame and create a taut surface against which camouflage may be installed for concealment in a plurality of horizontal rows providing mechanisms for staggering the placement of camouflage on the cover to further enhance concealment.
Abstract: A portable enclosure includes a bottom component including a first sidewall that forms a first door opening. The portable enclosure further includes a top component including a second sidewall that forms a second door opening. The top component is configured to removably attach to the bottom component to align the first door opening and the second door opening and to at least partially enclose an interior volume of the portable enclosure. The portable enclosure further includes a door configured to removably attach to the top component and the bottom component to cover the first door opening and the second door opening.
