Abstract: A deer stand support device for supporting the floor of a deer stand device from below the floor by anchoring to a vertical support includes an anchoring member configured for positioning in an anchoring position in abutment with a vertical support such that a receiving member coupled to the anchoring member extends away from the vertical support and upward. A support strap secures the anchoring member to the vertical support in the anchoring position. An inserting member is telescopically received into the receiving member and lockable in each of a plurality of locking positions. A floor support member is coupled to the inserting member and is configured for securely clamping to a floor of a deer stand via a clamp.
Abstract: A modular foundation assembly for building a modular foundation for a home includes a tarp that has a plurality of openings each strategically positioned on the tarp to facilitate the ground to be marked for a foundation. A plurality of concrete forms is provided which each has a trapezoidal shape. In this way each of the concrete forms can be lifted upwardly from a concrete member formed by the concrete forms when the concrete member has cured. Each of the concrete forms has a crenellated edge to form a series of slots into the concrete member. In this way the series of slots in the concrete member facilitate the concrete member to be lifted with a forklift.
Abstract: A building foundation structure includes a ground improved body obtained by improving a surface layer ground, and foundation concrete placed on the ground improved body on site. The foundation concrete located below a building pillar has an upper part and a lower part having different shapes. The lower part has a reverse trapezoidal sectional shape in a cross section taken along a vertical plane including a horizontal direction perpendicular to a horizontal line connecting building pillars adjacent to each other. The upper part has a brim portion protruding in the first horizontal direction from a side edge at an upper end in the sectional shape of the lower part.
Abstract: Prefabricated hut in modules, of the kind that has four sides, two similar sides, a lower one and an upper one, where the cross sections of the module, viewed from the inside, are concave in the areas close to the lower side and convex in the areas close to the upper side, with an intermediate area where there is a progressive change in curvature, which is situated closer to the lower side than to the upper side.
Abstract: A simulated time ship dining and entertainment arrangement includes a building structure shaped like a dome and having outer side walls hingedly connected to a roof, inner side walls spaced from the outer side walls and forming display chambers therebetween, a ceiling supported by a simulated engine which is a transparent column resting upon a floor and supporting a dining table; multiple seating members disposed about upon the floor; multiple overhead display modules suspended from the ceiling and floor display modules both of which having image/sound producing equipment, lighting members and memorabilia disposed therein for simulating travel through various time periods; feet members and wheels for supporting and moving the building structure; and communications system for operating the image/sound producing equipment and for communicating to the host and for selecting the time period desired for a unique dining and entertainment arrangement.
Abstract: A spherical support structure is provided. The spherical support structure includes a plurality of interconnected rib structures defining a spherical shape. Each rib structure includes a vertical rib, horizontal members connected to the vertical rib, a plurality of exterior diagonal members extending diagonally outward from the rib structure for connection to other rib structures, and a plurality of internal diagonal members connected to the rib structure and extending diagonally between a spherical exterior shell and a spherical interior shell. The spherical exterior shell being connected to and enveloping the rib structures. The spherical interior shell being connected to the rib structures and forming spherical cavity therewithin. A plurality of floor structures are mounted to the horizontal members of the rib structures and are horizontally disposed between the spherical exterior shell and spherical interior shell.
