  • Publication number: 20160028562
Abstract: Receiver circuitry is disclosed that can take circuit branches offline to possibly adapt an offset value. In one embodiment, a circuit in a receiver has at least two branches. Each branch includes an adjustor to adjust the branch signal by an offset value. Selection circuitry takes one of the branches offline by selecting the output of that branch as an offline value, and by selecting the output of one or more of the other branches as a data decision value. The selection circuitry changes which branch is taken offline during the operation of the circuit. When a branch is taken offline, an offset value associated with that branch may be updated, if necessary.

  • Publication number: 20160004728
Abstract: In an enterprise where a database maintains multiple accounts for business customers, a method, system, and computer program product correctly links accounts which are associated with a common business. Business identification information from one or more external data sources is obtained and the format of the business identification data is standardized. Data records of business accounts are compared according to a plurality of rules for matching one business account to another. When two business accounts are found to match according to the business matching rules, a common identifier is applied to both business accounts to flag the two accounts as being associated with the same business entity. One or more hierarchy rules are applied to accounts associated with a common business, to establish a hierarchy among the accounts for purposes of marketing and other business communications.

  • Publication number: 20160003046
Abstract: An turbocharger includes a parallel twin-impeller compressor and separate inlets into the two impellers. A first or outboard impeller receives one stream of inlet air and a second or inboard impeller receives its own separate stream of inlet air by way of a generally annular inlet volute surrounding the inlet to the second impeller. Air is fed from the inlet volute radially inwardly through a feed passage to the inlet to the second impeller. A plurality of inlet guide vanes are located in the feed passage for the second impeller, the inlet guide vanes creating a swirling air stream into the second impeller. Introduction of swirl to the second impeller alters the flow distribution between the impellers and affects the stability of the overall stage.
