Abstract: A method including receiving an inquiry from a provider to authenticate a provisioning of an account to a mobile wallet. The method also can include determining device ownership information for a mobile device that operates the mobile wallet, account ownership information for the account, device risk information associated with the mobile device, and account risk information associated with the account. The method additionally can include determining an ownership correlation between the device ownership information and the account ownership information. The method further can include generating a fraud risk level by applying business rules and one or more statistical modeling techniques. The method additionally can include providing a response to the provider based on the fraud risk level. Other embodiments are provided.

Abstract: A method for identifying one or more unauthorised routes used for the termination of application-to-person (A2P) short message service (SMS) messages to a mobile telecommunications network, and a system for use in performing the method. An application service is stimulated to generate an A2P SMS message, and to send it to a collection point. The message is processed to obtain an identifier identifying a source of the message, and it is determined whether the identifier corresponds to an authorised source of A2P traffic to the network.

Abstract: A protective guard for reducing injury to a shin of a person includes a conformable substrate and a plurality of core members disposed adjacent to a surface of the conformable substrate. The plurality of core members are arranged such that a first of the core members is rotationally movable about at least one axis relative to a second of the core members. A flexible fabric membrane comprised of natural or synthetic fibers is positioned adjacent to at least one of the conformable substrate and the plurality of core members.
Abstract: Touch sensor layer constructions and methods of making such constructions are described. More particularly, touch sensor constructions that utilize patterned conductive layers that may be applied by a sacrificial release liner, eliminating one or more glass and/or film substrate from touch sensor stacks, and methods of making such constructions are described.

Abstract: An article of footwear includes a footwear portion including a core including a plurality of plates. A first one of the plurality of plates is hingedly attached, at one or more edges of the first plate, to one or more substantially adjacent other plates in the plurality of plates. Each hinge hingedly attaching an edge of the first plate to another plate joins less than the entire respective hingedly attached edge to a corresponding one of the one or more substantially adjacent other plates and is integrally connected to the first plate.
