    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, more specifically, to a method and apparatus for reporting channel state information (CSI). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method by which a terminal of the wireless communication system reports the CSI comprises: a step of receiving a reference signal from a base station; and reporting the CSI generated using the reference signal to the base station. The CSI can include a report type indicator (RTI) for indicating whether a second domain pre-coding matrix indicator (PMI) indicating a second pre-coding matrix for a second domain is reported in a two-dimensional antenna structure defined by a first domain and the second domain is reported.

The method for transmitting a signal according to an embodiment includes mapping a reference signal to a subframe comprising a first slot and a second slot. Each of the first and second slots includes a plurality of resource elements over which the reference signal is allowed to be mapped. When a last orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol of the subframe is not available for a BS-to-relay transmission, the reference signal is not mapped to the second slot and a data signal is mapped to the resource elements of a penultimate OFDM symbol of the second slot. The method further includes transmitting the reference signal to a relay.

    Abstract: A recording method for an optical disc and an optical disc device are provided. In one embodiment of the present invention, delay at upward transition of laser diode output driven by a recording pulse can be compared with a predetermined reference value; when the delay is larger than the predetermined reference value, the delay at the upward transition can be compensated by adjusting the recording pulse through a pulse of a reserved output channel; and data can be recorded in an optical disc by driving the laser diode by using the adjusted recording pulse. The amount of delay at the upward transition can be detected through a front photo detector of the laser diode; and the comparison and the compensation can be carried out when fast recording more than specified performance on the optical disc is requested.

The LCD device further includes a black matrix, color filters to cover the side portions of black matrix, and a planarization layer. A plurality of column spacers are disposed on the planarization layer at locations corresponding to locations where the black matrix are disposed. The black matrix is in direct contact with the planarization layer at locations where the plurality of column spacers is disposed. Accordingly, the color filters do not overlap one another at locations where the column spacers are formed. As a result, a difference between heights of the plurality of column spacers can be maintained within a target range, and the durability of the LCD device can be improved.
