  • Patent number: 5888806
Abstract: An apparatus for enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation of pretreated lignocellulosic material, in the form of a tower bioreactor, having mixers to achieve intermittent mixing of the material. Precise mixing of the material is important for effective heat and mass transfer requirements without damaging or denaturing the enzymes or fermenting microorganisms. The pretreated material, generally in the form of a slurry, is pumped through the bioreactor, either upwards or downwards, and is mixed periodically as it passes through the mixing zones where the mixers are located. For a thin slurry, alternate mixing can be achieved by a pumping loop which also serves as a heat transfer device. Additional heat transfer takes place through the reactor heat transfer jackets.

Abstract: Step 1. Method of treating disease: this procedure must be done by a certified Medical Doctor, who has access to controlled substances. Doctor is to give patient one normal smallpox vaccination. Do not touch or itch the blister it causes, and when the blister scabs, continue not to touch. Wait until the scab naturally falls off, return to same Doctor as soon as possible to repeat Step 1. within 24 to 48 hours, it is imperative. Repeat process over and over, each time the process is done, the blister and scab gets smaller and smaller until the process is done, and there is no visible blister or scab. This may take 4 to 6 weeks for process to be complete; process longer in severe cases. To save on scaring it is recommended to vaccinate patients on the same site where original childhood smallpox vaccination was administered. This is the total complete cure to the Herpes Virus. Patient becomes immune to the virus. Virus is contagious until the GRACE PROCESS is complete.

  • Patent number: 7166278
Abstract: It has been discovered that there are at least two significant antigens present on the cells of animal species such as pigs that elicit an immune or inflammatory response immediately upon implantation into humans or contact with human serum. The first is an ?-galactosyl (Gal) epitope, for example, Gal?(1->3)Gal?(1->4)GlcNac (linear B type 2) or Gal?(1->3) Gal?(1->4)Glc (linear B type 6). The second is an N-glycolylneuraminic acid (NeuGc) structure. By eliminating these epitopes, preferably by genetically engineering the animal so that the epitope is either not produced or is greatly reduced, or by chemical or enzymatic treatment of the animal's cells to remove the epitopes, it is possible to produce organs, tissues and cells suitable for xenotransplantation into humans.

  • Patent number: 7365849
Abstract: A portable, scanning and analyzing apparatus that uses an integrated scan probe for the scanning operation is described. The integrated scanning probe is formed with a light emitting diode array light source and a photodiode detector array. After a test sample finishes the reaction in test strip paper, a scanner device scans the test paper to collect the optical signals at variable, consecutive intervals along the scanning path to obtain the test signal accordingly. Then, the scanner device outputs the test signal for amplification. The amplified test signals are sent to an analog/digital converter such that the amplified test signals are converted into digital signals, which are then output to a computing unit for analyzing for subjective analytical results. The computing unit couples with the controller device, wherein the controller device controls a driver device that drives the scanner device to perform the scanning operation on the test paper.
