Abstract: Multi-part label systems, and methods for their assembly. A carrier material with a first label and a second label removably adhered thereto is provided. The first label and second label are dispensed from the carrier material and applied to a surface simultaneously, whereby after application the underside of the first label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the second label is in contact with the top side of the first label.
