  • Patent number: 7882976
Abstract: A cap for modifying the contents of a container with a modifying composition. The cap system permits a user to agitate the contents of the container without spillage. A collar assembly is removably mounted to the neck of a container and an elongated plunger shank is partially housed therein with a compartment for storing the composition. Upon the application of force on the plunger shank, the foil sheet covering the bottom hits the puncturing protrusion of the activator assembly, releasing the modification composition while maintaining the container in watertight condition preventing any spillage if shaken. The seal previously achieved by the shank is not being achieved by the valve seat of the spout assembly.

  • Patent number: 7882687
Abstract: Composite Alpaca yarn and a process for making same. The composite Alpaca yarn comprises special and unique characteristics created by blending long natural irregular Camelid fibers, such as Alpaca, with short synthetic fibers, or other natural fibers, in a combination determined by homogenization of fibers. The homogenization of fibers takes into account fiber lengths for twisting them with the use of high-pressure air blown nozzles, wherein Alpaca fiber is wrapped around an internal core. The face and surface of the composite Alpaca yarn, exhibit the fine characteristics of the Camelid fibers, including thermal isolation and impermeability, along with exceptional softness, wherein the Camelid fibers can be as fine as 18 microns.

The main compartment defines a substantially hollow first cavity. The elongated longitudinal curved-shaped back support has curvature areas. One curvature area complements and supports a thoracic vertebrae of a human vertebral column, and the other curvature area complements and supports a lumbar vertebrae. The padding comprises dorsal padding and lumbar padding. The dorsal padding and the lumbar padding are of a sufficient predetermined thickness to dispense pressure upon the human vertebral column. The pressure results from a force established by a weight of matter housed within the first cavity, or otherwise secured upon the main compartment. The strap assembly is fixedly secured to the main compartment and comprises shoulder straps, chest straps, and waist straps. The strap assembly also dispenses the pressure resulting from the force described above.
