Abstract: A sanitizing apparatus for writing utensils comprising a housing assembly and an ultraviolet and ozone generating assembly housed therein. The housing assembly comprises a top wall, a base and four walls. The first and second walls are perpendicularly disposed with respect to the third and fourth walls. The third and fourth walls are lateral walls. The housing assembly also comprises an angled wall that protrudes outwardly beyond the top wall and beyond the first wall defining a tray that terminates with a lip for preventing the writing utensil from falling off. A battery compartment is also housed within the housing assembly. The ultraviolet and ozone generating assembly radiates the writing utensil within the housing assembly with rays and ozone, to effectively sterilize bacteria and biological germs existing on the writing utensil. A visual indicator notifies a user when the ultraviolet and ozone generating assembly is operating.

Abstract: A monitor having a hidden mirror assembly. It comprises a housing assembly. A rail assembly is housed within the housing assembly. A mirror assembly comprises a frame and a mirror. The mirror assembly is slidably mounted onto the rail assembly. A base assembly supports the housing assembly. The rail assembly comprises a dividing wall. A top rail extends a first predetermined distance across a top edge from the dividing wall, and a bottom rail that extends a second predetermined distance across a bottom edge from the dividing wall. The top and bottom rails comprise stoppers having cooperative dimensions and shape to permit the mirror assembly to snugly slide in and out along the top and bottom rails. The frame also comprises stoppers that prevent the mirror assembly from sliding completely out of the rail assembly when meeting the first stoppers. The front wall defines a frame for a monitor.

Abstract: An opener apparatus comprising a base plate, an elongated housing assembly, a frame assembly, a trigger assembly, a lever arm assembly, and a corkscrew assembly. The base plate has first and second front edges and first and second interior lateral edges extending respectively therefrom to an intermediate edge, first and second wedges extend a first predetermined distance from the first and second front edges respectively. The elongated housing assembly has first and second ends. The elongated housing assembly defines an elongated channel when mounted onto the base plate. The frame assembly is mounted onto a first interior face of the elongated housing assembly. The trigger assembly is pivotally mounted onto the frame assembly. The trigger assembly comprises a trigger, a catch arm having a first lip, a second lip, and a leaf spring. The lever arm assembly and the corkscrew assembly are also pivotally mounted onto the frame assembly.

Abstract: A clip holder for eyeglasses, comprising a holding assembly comprising a wall. Protruding from the wall are first and second lateral walls having a ridge. Extending from the first and second lateral walls and the ridge is a retaining wall having a front wall. The retaining wall and the front wall merge together and terminate at a top wall. The holding assembly further comprises a bracket that extends from the wall. The ridge and the retaining wall have a cooperative shape and dimension to securely suspend eyeglasses. A swivel assembly comprises a hinge and a base wall. A clip assembly has a base wall and a concave wall. The clip assembly is mounted onto the bushing. The clip assembly is mounted onto a car visor, whereby a sufficient force is placed onto the clip assembly to cause the car visor to squeeze in between the ledge and a base wall.

Abstract: A compression plug system for plumbing, comprising a plumbing pipe, a slip nut, a seal ring, and a plug. The plug comprises a head having a closed end, and an external threaded portion having an edge. Extending from the head is the external threaded portion that extends to the edge. The external threaded portion has a cooperative dimension to engage with an internal threaded portion of the slip nut. The plug also has an internal wall that extends from the edge until an internal end. The plug further comprises an opening defining a cavity therein that reaches the internal end. The internal wall has substantially a same diameter as the internal wall of the seal ring. The compression plug system for plumbing creates an impermeable seal without the aid of a sealing compound or weld.

Abstract: A moving retail space system for buildings comprising a moving housing that operates within a building structure to allow multiple businesses to be at a street level. The moving housing comprises spaces A and A?, and the building structure comprises a basement. A lift assembly moves the moving housing from an initial to a second position, and vice versa. In the initial position a first business operating in space A is at the street level, and a second business operating in space A? is located one floor above the first business. In the second position, the first business operating in space A is in the basement, and the second business operating in space A? is at the street level. At least one locking mechanism laterally secures the moving housing in place. A sealing mechanism prevents objects from falling between the moving housing and the building structure.

Abstract: A turbine assembly comprising a hub and a plurality of vanes. The hub has a plurality of slits angularly disposed thereon. The plurality of vanes, each comprises an interior edge and an exterior edge. Each of the plurality of vanes has curvature and trespasses the plurality of slits. Exterior edges on the plurality of vanes comprise at least two protrusions. The protrusions fill channels defined in an air intake line of an engine, thereby allowing the hub to spin within the air intake line to create a vortex.

Abstract: An apparatus in combination with a pillow to prevent baldness and stimulate hair growth. It comprises a base plate, a top plate, and a bladder that contains gaseous, liquid, or semi-solid matter. The bladder is positioned in between the base plate and the top plate. The apparatus also comprises pivoting means, whereby the pivoting means causes the top plate, having a pillow placed thereon, to contact at least an uppermost area of a human head and on upper and/or lateral and/or posterior areas of said head for scalp stimulation to promote hair growth and prevent alopecia.

Abstract: A head support system, comprising a seat cover having a front portion and a rear portion that terminate at a bottom end. The front portion comprises first and second loop padding. Headwear comprises first and second earpieces. The first and second earpieces have third and fourth loop padding thereon. Double-sided hook padding attaches onto the first and second loop padding, and the third and fourth loop padding respectively. Restraining means are used to restrain an infant or toddler's head in an upright position with comfort to the infant or toddler.

Abstract: A system to prevent an excess flow of water to a toilet tank in the event of a failure of a primary flow control assembly including a novel secondary shut-off valve which is automatically disposed into an initialized configuration upon completion of a normal flush cycle, but which is disposed into a closed configuration in the event of a failed flush cycle.
