Abstract: A computer-based online system for managing a plurality of registries of baby care product selections, where each of the plurality of registries is uniquely associated with a respective one of a plurality of users, and where each baby care product selection corresponds to a baby care product selected at the online system or one of a plurality of retailers, includes a database to electronically store data records corresponding to the plurality of registries, and an application server communicatively coupled to the database.

Abstract: Polypropylene materials comprising a polymeric blend, the polymeric blend comprising: (a) a first linear low density metallocene polyethylene; and (b) a second linear low density polyethylene; wherein the polypropylene material has a first turbidity half time measured under quiescent conditions, and a second turbidity half time measured at a wall shear stress of about 0.11 MPa, and having a certain ratio of the second turbidity half time to the first turbidity half time.

Abstract: A paper-roll core that is a soluble, disposable carrier for cleaning and/or disinfecting chemicals. The paper-roll cores are toilet paper roll cores and paper towel roll cores and are rapidly soluble in water and may release cleansers, disinfectants, colors, etc., upon dissolving. Described are: methods of using, manufacturing, advertising, and distributing the paper-roll cores; and methods of advertising and distributing such paper-roll cores to children, who will particularly enjoy the novelty; and methods of modifying existing paper-roll core manufacturing equipment to manufacture soluble cleanser-dispensing paper-roll cores.
Abstract: Fibers (including bicomponent fibers) comprising polymeric blends and polymeric mixtures that incorporate a blend of a first polyethylene and a second polyethylene are described. The first and second polyethylenes have a predetermined relationship for the density and the melt index of the individual polyethylenes.

Abstract: Screening methods for identifying compounds that bind to or activate corticotropin releasing factor2 receptors (CRF2R) and regulate or potentially regulate skeletal muscle mass or function in vivo are disclosed. Also disclosed are screening methods for identifying compounds that prolong or augment the activation of CRF2Rs or of CRF2R signal transduction pathways, increase CRF2R or increase CRF expression are provided. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising CRF2R agonists, antibodies to CRF2R and methods for increasing skeletal muscle mass or function or for the treatment of skeletal muscle atrophy using CRF2R as the target for intervention and methods for treatment of muscular dystrophies are described.

Abstract: Hair conditioning compositions are disclosed comprising: (1) a carboxylic acid/carboxylate copolymer; (2) a visible particle; and (3) an aqueous carrier.
Abstract: The present invention relates to 2,6,7-substituted pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines which inhibit the extracellular release of inflammatory cytokines, said cytokines responsible for one or more human or higher mammalian disease states. The present invention further relates to compositions comprising said 2,6,7-substituted pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines and methods for preventing, abating, or otherwise controlling enzymes which are understood to be the active components responsible for the herein described disease states.

Abstract: The present invention relates to compounds capable of serving as moderators of human and mammalian appetite and as such provides a means for reducing body mass. The compounds of the present invention are selective against melanin concentrating hormone and do not have the pernicious side effects resulting from compounds which interact with other appetite related brain receptors.
Abstract: The present invention relates to 2,8,9-substituted purines which inhibit the extracellular release of inflammatory cytokines, said cytokines responsible for one or more human or higher mammalian disease states. The present invention further relates to compositions comprising said 2,8,9-substituted purines and methods for preventing, abating, or otherwise controlling enzymes which are understood to be the active components responsible for the herein described disease states.
