Abstract: A system and a method for receiving live human feedback of an image provided using a mobile device equipped with a camera. The method includes capturing an image with the mobile device equipped with a camera, inputting a text query, where the text query corresponds with the image, transmitting the image and the text query to a server, determining at least one client user to send the image and the text query to, sending the image and the text query from the server to the at least one client user, reviewing the image and the text query, formulating at least one text response relating to the image and the text query, accepting the at least one text response from the at least one client user, and outputting the at least one text response to a user.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic quantity purchasing system which is a host computer that a user may access to purchase quantities of goods or services at a locked-in price for later redemption. The preferred communication means employed is via secure, high-speed Internet access. Data storage is electronic. Users employ the system to make an instant purchase of a small or large quantity of a commodity, such as gasoline at the current purchase price. Users can redeem all or part of their balance for real product at a physical location in the future when desired. The redemption will draw down the user's account balance at the locked-in purchase price, so the user is able to circumvent the market price in effect at the time of redemption.
Abstract: A weight adjusting structure of a golf club head comprises a 360-degree rotatable rotary table installed in a body of a golf club head, wherein the rotary table is combined with an incomplete annular weight block at a peripheral portion on an arbitrary side thereof, so that the rotary table and the weight block form a rotary table assembly whose weight orientation can be adjusted. The weighted rotary table assembly installed in the body of the golf club head can be used to adjust a distribution of different weights around 360 degrees, whereby a preferred location of the club head's gravity center can be set according to a golfer's swing posture and a location of the club head's gravity center the golfer is used to.

Abstract: A needle is guided to a target along a pre-determined needle insertion trajectory. A method that utilizes a fluoroscope can be used to locate the target. The target can be an internal structure within the human body. A device can be used with the fluoroscope to aim and insert a needle or sharp probe along the pre-determined trajectory to the target. The Uniform Frequency Sample Clocking comprises at least one Pathway, which includes characterizing the swept light source, creating a digital representation of the waveform based from the characterization data, and generating a clock signal using a waveform generator to output the clock signal to a digitizer external clock.

Abstract: A hollow golf club head with a concave portion is disclosed and claimed. The club head includes a metallic portion and a light weight portion, which may be formed of plastic, composite, or the like. The concave portion allows the club designer to make a club head having very thin portions while still maintaining the requisite structural integrity. Convex bulges may optionally be provided to house weight inserts to enhance the playing characteristics of the golf club.
Abstract: A medical stent provides an active agent to a patient's body while simultaneously maintaining an open passageway within the body of the patient. The stent includes a first segment, a second segment, a connecting segment disposed between the first and second segments, and the active agent. The active agent may be a hemostatic agent that stops or controls bleeding by coagulation, or any other medical drug, such as, for example an antibiotic or an anticoagulant. When the stent is properly positioned within the patient's urinary system, the first segment is located on one side of the external sphincter and the second segment is located on the other side. The connecting segment is sized to extend through the external sphincter to couple the first and second segments together while not interfering with the normal operation of the external sphincter.
Abstract: A system and methods are provided for field administration of a project, such as construction, maintenance, safety inspections or other projects involving the tracking of issues and one or more levels of review or approval in the closure of the issues. One or more radio frequency tags, each having an identifier, can be affixed to a physical component of a project. A storage device can store an issue list, wherein the issue list has one or more work items corresponding to the physical component of the project on which the radio frequency tag is affixed. User interfaces may be provided to allow interaction by stationary or mobile users with the issue list. The issue list on the storage device may provide better organization and/or a more efficient work flow, particularly during a close-out phase, or other phase of a project, involving the tracking of issues.
Abstract: There is provided a fermentation apparatus that allows the separation of a wine, beer or other brewed or fermented beverage from its lees using a single container. The vessel can be used in wine making operation and is constructed so that the lees that settle out during fermentation may be mechanically trapped at the bottom of the vessel and the wine then removed, typically through a spigot, without contamination by the entrapped lees.
Abstract: A urethral prosthesis provides relief of urinary retention and has first and second tubular elements with an interposed bridge segment. A valve can be disposed in the second tubular element to control the flow of urine therethrough.
