  • Patent number: 8054804
Abstract: A network server provisioning at least one Local Area Network (LAN) comprising a client entry store, a packet driver module, a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) request handler. The LAN has one or more routing realms. The client entry store stores records representing a user device connecting to the LAN provisioned by the network server as a roaming visitor of the LAN to gain temporal access to an outside network through the LAN, and records representing one or more routing realm top-level devices provided on a top level of each routing realm of the LAN. The packet driver module inspects packets arriving from and directed to the user device, and interacts with the client entry store to process the packets. The DHCP request handler examines address data in DHCP packets received from the user device and the records in the client entry store.

  • Patent number: 7989346
Abstract: A method of forming a resist pattern on a silicon semiconductor substrate having an anti-reflective layer thereon is described. The method includes the steps of a) modifying surface energy of the anti-reflective surface with a chemical treatment composition, b) applying a UV etch resist to the treated anti-reflective surface, and c) exposing the anti-reflective surface to a wet chemical etchant composition to remove exposed areas of the anti-reflective surface. Thereafter, the substrate can be metallized to provide a conductor pattern. The method may be used to produce silicon solar cells.

  • Patent number: 7969048
Abstract: A linear actuator motor design including a rotor assembly that has an insert molded into a non-magnetic sleeve through a plurality of openings, which is kept from rotating within the non-magnetic sleeve by at least one opening arranged along the length of the non-magnetic sleeve which corresponds to at least one tab formed by the molded material of the insert and a stator assembly having a plurality of symmetrical and interchangeable magnetic pole plates. Each of the plurality of magnetic pole plates comprises a substantially planar plate portion with a central opening therein and a plurality of prongs extending from the central opening and substantially perpendicular to the plate portion. The prongs of the plurality of magnetic pole plates create an opening that is dimensioned to receive the rotor assembly therein. A non-conductive material is the molded over the plurality of magnetic pole plates.
