Abstract: Disclosed herein is a contact array of a universal serial bus (USB) connector including a first signal differential pair, a second signal differential pair and a third signal differential pair, wherein the second signal differential pair is disposed between the first and third signal differential pairs, and at least one power contact or ground contact is disposed between the first and second signal differential pairs, or between the second and third signal differential pairs.
Abstract: A drive apparatus for a bistable displayer and a method thereof are provided for driving a bistable displayer with a plurality of pixels. The drive apparatus includes an initialization unit, a receiving unit and a display drive unit. The initialization unit is for generating at least one initial potential level to all pixels to perform initialization. The receiving unit is for receiving a plurality of gray levels. The display drive unit generates a waveform signal based on every gray level. The pulse width of the waveform signal relates to the value of the gray level. The waveform signal is then transmitted to a corresponding pixel to drive the pixel to be displayed.
Abstract: In a method of synthesizing magnesium-cobalt pentahydride, a MgCo2 alloy is synthesized by completely reacting cobalt (Co) metal and excess magnesium (Mg) metal, followed by an isothermal evaporation casting process (IECP) for removing the residual magnesium metal. Then, the magnesium-cobalt alloy and another magnesium metal are ball-milled and hydrogenated to synthesize the magnesium-cobalt pentahydride (Mg2CoH5).
Abstract: A buffer device providing reliable buffer effect includes a channel-shaped buffer member and at least one first reinforcing tubular member. The channel-shaped buffer member is a substantially U-sectioned hollow member and includes two facing inner sidewalls, two opposing outer sidewalls, an inner bottom wall, two outer top walls and an outer bottom wall to enclose a third buffer space therein. The first reinforcing tubular member is received in the third buffer space and encloses a first buffer space therein. The first reinforcing tubular member includes at least one normal-direction supporting wall extended between and pressed against the inner and outer bottom walls and provided with at least one second curved buffer section. The normal-direction supporting wall and the second curved buffer section thereof not only give the channel-shaped buffer member an increased normal-direction supporting strength, but also buffer impact force and compressing force applied normal to the outer bottom wall.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air mattress including at least two separate zones. A first and second groups of elongate, inflatable cells are disposed alternately within each of the at least two separate zones. An air pump is to supply pressurized air. At least two air distributors are serially connected with the air pump for respectively distributing the pressurized air to the at least two separate zones. Each air distributor is operable to supply the pressurized air to the first and second groups of cells within each of the at least two separate zones. A pressure reducer is serially connected between any adjacent two of the at least two distributors for reducing the pressure of the pressurized air to a downstream one of any adjacent two of the at least two distributors.
Abstract: A suspension system may include a front frame connected to a front wheel, a shock absorber pivotally connected to the front frame, and a rear frame connected to a rear wheel supported by a ground contact point. The shock absorber may include a preset pressure substantially equal to a pressure caused by a body weight of a rider. The suspension system may be structurally configured to maintain an instantaneous center point of movement of the rear frame relative to the front frame within an angle range of about 45°±15° relative to the ground contact point when the rear frame moves relative to the front frame.
Abstract: A composition for preparing a halogen-free resin is provided, the composition including a halogen-free phosphorated epoxy, a urethane-modified copolyester, a curing agent, a filler, a surfactant, and a solvent. A halogen-free prepreg is also provided, including a glass fabric cloth and a halogen-free resin layer on the glass fabric. The halogen-free resin layer is made from the foregoing halogen-free resin.
Abstract: A software protection method to protect the software in a host against an unauthorized usage of a memory unit used in software is provided. The software protection method comprises the steps of: starting the operation of the software; declaring the memory unit such that the software takes the control right of the memory unit; generating a status tag of the memory unit; setting the status tag as an initializing status to initialize the memory unit; setting the status tag as an access status to access the memory unit; and setting the status tag as a delete status to forgo the control right of the memory unit.
Abstract: The apparatus for scanning at least one hyper-spectral image comprises an optical system, the hyper-spectrometer and the relay module. The hyper-spectrometer is disposed apart from the optical system. The optical system can focus an optical image of a target in a focal plane thereof, where the focal plane contains a plurality of row portions of the optical image. The relay module can selectively relay one of the row portions of the optical image to the hyper-spectrometer. Moreover, a method for scanning at least one hyper-spectral image is disclosed in specification.
Abstract: An air pump set includes an air pump, at least two air distributors and a pressure reducer. At least two air distributors are serially connected with the air pump for further distributing the pressurized air to respective air-requiring targets. The pressure reducer is serially connected between any adjacent two of the at least two distributors for reducing the pressure of the pressurized air to a downstream one of any adjacent two of the at least two distributors. The pressure reducer includes a hollow cylinder and a cylinder core. The hollow cylinder includes a first pair of inlet and outlet and a second pair of inlet and outlet. The cylinder core is loosely fitted within the hollow cylinder, and comprises a first air channel and a second air channel. The cylinder core is rotatable between a first position and a second position relative to the hollow cylinder.
Abstract: An assembling-type car lamp includes a lamp housing and a bulb unit. The lamp housing is provided with an assembling hole, and the assembling hole is provided on an inner wall surface thereof with a plurality of circumferentially spaced ribs to thereby define a notch between any two adjacent ribs. The bulb unit includes a base and a bulb mounted to the base. The base includes an end plate and a forward raised seat. The raised seat is provided on an outer wall surface thereof with a plurality of circumferentially spaced guide blocks located corresponding to the notches, such that an annular space is defined between the end plate and the guide blocks. The bulb unit can be removably assembled to the lamp housing by moving the guide blocks through the notches into the assembling hole and turning the bulb unit for the ribs to locate in the annular space.
Abstract: A multi-chip stack structure and a signal transmission method are disclosed in specification and drawing, where the multi-chip stack structure includes first and second chips. The first chip includes a first inductance coil with a first series capacitor, and the second chip includes a second inductance coil with a second series capacitor. The first and second inductance coils are magnetically coupled to each other. The magnetically coupled inductance coils and the capacitors constitute a coupling filter.
Abstract: A chi (?)-alumina dispersion and coating slurry of digital printing medium containing the same is disclosed, which includes flaked porous ?-alumina nanoparticles with high specific surface area obtained by subjecting gibbsite to thermal treating, physical wet-milling and pH adjusting processes. Since the ?-alumina nanoparticles have high ink absorptivity and low cost, they can be applied to the coating layer of the digital printing medium instead of conventional silica material.
Abstract: A test circuit adapted in a display panel of an electronic device is provided. The test circuit is to test the pixel array function of the display panel, wherein the test circuit comprises: a plurality of test signal lines, a plurality of test signal transmitters, a plurality of gate lines and at least one static electricity protection device. The test signal lines receive a plurality of corresponding test signals respectively. The test signal transmitters comprises a plurality test signal transmitter groups comprising at least one transmitter, wherein each transmitter group corresponds to a test signal line and connects the test signal line and the to pixel array. Each gate line connects to the gate of the at least one transmitter. The static electricity protection device is placed between two of the gate lines.

Abstract: In the specification and drawing a super junction semiconductor device is disclosed. The super junction semiconductor device comprises a P-type layer, a N+ substrate, a N-type layer, a silicon dioxide layer and a P+ layer. The N+ substrate is disposed under the P-type layer. The N-type layer is disposed on the N+ substrate. The silicon dioxide layer is disposed between the N-type layer and the P-type layer. The P+ layer is disposed on the P-type layer and the N-type layer.
Abstract: A tire pressure warning device having a detection circuit is mounted to an inflation valve on every tire of a car to implement tire pressure detection. First, a microprocessing controller in the detection circuit sends a tire location ID assigned to every tire to a signal receiving circuit provided in a dashboard of the car. Then, the microprocessing controller detects a tire pressure value of the corresponding tire and uses the detected tire pressure value as a standard pressure point for the tire. Thereafter, the microprocessing controller keeps detecting the tire pressure value of the tire. When a detected new tire pressure value is higher or lower than the standard pressure point by a preset percentage, a wireless RF is transmitted to the signal receiving circuit for the latter to identify the tire with high or low tire pressure and emit an alarm while displaying the tire pressure value.
Abstract: An intelligent platform management interface (IPMI) server management system includes a managing side and a plurality of managed sides. The managed sides includes at least on active IPMI managed sides, wherein each of the active IPMI managed side actively provides its service information to the managing side so as to establish a first list, and then the managing side searches out the managed sides which are not on the first list one by one so as to establish a second list. Therefore, the IPMI server management system may effectively sort out the managed sides which are available for application.
Abstract: The Phosphorus-containing bisphenols and preparing method thereof are disclosed. A method for producing the phosphorus-containing bisphenol of the formula (1) includes reacting compounds respectively defined by a formula (a), (b), (c) and an acid catalyst to yield compounds of phosphorus-containing bisphenol.
