Abstract: A lacrosse game table apparatus defines a playing field having a plurality of spaced-apart, side-by-side playing field sections oriented at various slopes with respect to horizontal to facilitate movement of a game ball by gravity across the playing field. A plurality of actuating rods are provided between the playing field sections for manipulation by the players. Manipulation of the rods moves ball control devices attached to the rods and configured in the manner of conventional lacrosse sticks over the playing field. Ball-receiving goal devices are positioned at opposed ends of the playing field. Movement of the ball control devices by the players can pick or scoop up a game ball from the playing field to hold the game ball, and the ball control devices can propel a game ball through the air toward the goal devices or to other ball control devices without touching the playing field to simulate a real lacrosse game.

Abstract: A space-saving apparatus and method for coating paper sheets with lacquer and drying the sheets with streams of air are provided. The sheets are coated with lacquer and are moved by parallel and spaced apart conveyer belts in a first direction as the sheets are dried and supported by streams of air that are directed against the paper sheets and against and through the undersides of the conveyer belts. The movement of the paper sheets is then reversed to a second direction and the dried sheets are collected above the conveyer belts as they move in the second direction.

Abstract: An ornamental, wire-frame device connector includes connector elements attached to the wires of separable parts of the device, and each connector defines a plurality of openings for removably receiving fastening elements whereby the separable parts of the wire-frame device are removably connected together.

Abstract: A system for catching, containing and collecting fluids spilled from or adjacent to a wellhead and for recovering the fluids by automatically transporting the spilled fluids to the wellhead production flowline includes a deflector for attachment to the wellhead for directing downwardly fluids spilled or accidentally released from the wellhead, a containment area for catching and containing the spilled fluids, a container connected in fluid communication with the containment area for receiving spilled fluids drained from the containment area, and a pump connected in fluid communication between the container and the production flowline for-automatically transporting fluids from the container to the production flowline.

Abstract: A reusable liquid filtering system and a disposable liquid filter used in the liquid filtering system are provided for use with an internal combustion engine or pump. The liquid filter includes first and second end members and a liquid bypass valve is connected to and projects outwardly from the first end member whereby excessive oil pressure will result in opening of the bypass valve so that an emergency oil flow bypass is thereby provided. The disposable liquid filter is removably positioned within a container of the reusable liquid filtering system. A base is removably connected to the engine or pump and to an open end of the container for allowing removal and replacement of the liquid filter and for allowing neat and spill-free drainage of oil from the container when the base and the container have been removed from the engine or pump and when the base has been removed from the container.

Abstract: Apparatus for supporting and lifting a wheelless, vehicle-mounted camper cabin includes built-in jacks for safely, quickly and easily loading and unloading the camper cabin with respect to a transporting vehicle. The apparatus can be attached to the camper cabin and suspended therefrom when the camper cabin is mounted on a vehicle, and the apparatus can be used to secure the camper cabin on the transporting vehicle, while eliminating the need for tie-down chains, turnbuckles or other inconvenient means of securing the camper cabin to the transporting vehicle. The apparatus can include wheels for enabling the camper cabin to be moved about when the cabin has been removed from the vehicle and supported by the apparatus. The apparatus is also very stable to permit safe occupancy of the camper cabin when the cabin has been off-loaded from the vehicle and supported by the apparatus.

Abstract: A fish hook for live bait includes a coil spring axially positioned on the fish hook shank. One end of the spring is fixedly attached to the shank adjacent to a barbed end of the hook, and the other end of the spring can be slideably moved along the shank as the spring is compressed and released. A flexible line is positioned axially within the spring and defines a looped end which is positioned adjacent to the barbed end of the hook. The looped end grasps and holds the bait adjacent to the barbed end and in an orientation which enables the bait to be in alignment with the shank. The positioning and orientation of the live bait with respect to the barbed end of the hook enables the bait to move in a natural manner during trolling and provides the hook with the characteristic of being weedless.

Abstract: Golf swing training apparatus enables positioning of golf balls by an instructor for striking by a student with a golf club to enable the student to hit his practice swing. The apparatus includes an open-ended elongated member and a supply magazine for golf balls removably and slidably positioned within the elongated member. A substantially L-shaped pin member is used by the instructor to selectively position the magazine and golf balls supported by the magazine in position with respect to the elongated member for striking of a ball by a student with a golf club as the student takes a practice swing.

Abstract: An improved coping system for covering the top of a parapet wall includes a reinforcing plate attached to a conventional splice plate for preventing sagging of the splice plate which can allow collection of water on the splice plate and entry of moisture into the wall. Sealant strips are attached to the reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate includes projecting elements which stiffen and reinforce the reinforcing plate and which help to hold the strips in position on the reinforcing plate.

Abstract: A mechanical device for removing the skin from whitetail deer or other game animals of simular size. This invention is self-supporting and needs no assistance from tree limbs or other permanent overhead structures as conventional methods. With the skin holders (21) the skin is held stationary while the carcass is lifted and pulled from the skin. The carcass is pulled from the skin by mechanical means as compared to the skin being pulled from the carcass by hand with the present method.
