Abstract: A castellated nut has 8 castellation slots in the outer wall. A circular locking insert has 25 long locking tabs radiating outwardly from the perimeter, an axle-engaging tongue protruding inwardly, and 9 smaller holding tabs which fit into an interior circular nut groove. All 25 locking tabs are bent at 90 degrees up from the circular locking insert and the axle slot-engaging tongue is bent down at 90 degrees. The locking insert is pressed into the nut and the small holding tabs are bent into the interior circular groove in the nut. The axle-engaging tongue is aligned with the axle shaft groove. The locking axle nut is threaded onto the axle shaft and tightened with the axle slot-engaging tongue sliding in the axle groove. One of the 25 locking tabs is bent into one of the 8 castellation slots.

Abstract: A portable modular exercise apparatus for multiple users is separable into multiple components by pin connections. The modularity of the versatile exercise device enables numerous types of exercises by multiple users simultaneously. The apparatus comprises two upright support towers, a base with base pads under each support tower, an overhead crossbeam and a supplemental sliding push up cross bar, a number of resistance bands which attach to the apparatus for the purpose of resistance training, and a carrying bag to contain and transport all of the components. Pin connections allow the device to easily be assembled and taken apart without tools.

Abstract: A slide out tray is housed in a rigid sleeve attached to an inside of a purse. Items placed in the purse through the top of the purse are supported by the sleeve. The sleeve allow the tray to slide in and out of the purse through an opening in a wall of the purse. A hinged cover over the opening pivots to admit the tray therethrough. A tensioned tray holding mechanism associated with the hinged cover secures the tray in any of a variety of locations extending out of the purse to access items in the tray.

Abstract: A secure sealed container and mounting pole house any of a variety of security equipment. Sensing equipment, a high decibel siren, and strobes simulating police lights are removably attachable to a universal mount and control circuit. A control panel connected to the circuit enables and disables the alarm, and monitors system activity.

Abstract: A shoelace pull tab device for facilitating and teaching lace tying. The shoelace pull tab comprises a small flat beadlike device having two spaced apertures therethrough which are tapered and angled. The lace end of a lace member is threaded up through a first aperture and down through a second aperture to create a gripping pull tab which will not slide/move its position at the newly created apex of the loop in the lace. The pull tab provides a grip or pull tab for children to manipulate the laces into a bow. Indicia on the pull tabs are used as action characters or objects in a story-telling teaching method for learning shoelace tying wherein the action characters or objects engage in activities directly related to the actions necessary for tying a shoelace.

Abstract: A freely pivoting lock ball fits within a trailer hitch ball receiver. A top lock shaft on the ball extends up through a hole in the top of the ball receiver into a lock collar welded to the top of the ball receiver. A cylinder lock fits into a top opening in the lock collar over the lock shaft to lock the lock ball within the ball receiver to prevent theft by towing the trailer with a conventional towing hitch ball. The cylinder lock and lock ball spin freely within the ball receiver and collar to prevent drilling or sawing the lock. There is no room between the cylinder lock and collar or between the ball lock and ball receiver to pry them loose. The lock collar is too thick for cutting with a bolt cutter.

Abstract: A multiple tube, multiple lights effects neon or fluorescent lighting system for a skateboard produces a variety of controlled light effects and combinations. A pair of high strength colored protective transparent elongated casings house the light tubes. The casings are removably attached in a highly visible position on the side edges of a skateboard or under the skateboard adjacent to the side edges. The casings are secured by industrial strength mating hook and loop fasteners.

The wok support ring comprises a truncated conical base having a narrow opening at the top for supporting the bottom of a wok, a wide opening at the bottom thereof which rests on a stove grate, and a plurality of customizable break-away tabs of which a user breaks a plurality out to form stove grate-engaging notches The wok support ring incorporates a plurality of ball bearings to cradle bottom of wok to allow freedom of movement and manipulating of wok.

Abstract: Three magnet casings are adjustably and removably attached to one another such that the device may snuggly fit about fluid conduits of differing diameters. An outer casing wall of ferrous content stainless steel confines the magnetic field. Abstract: A portable activity case for use in an automobile has an attachment mechanism that secures the activity case to most automobile seatbacks. The case is provided with an ergonomic fold-out table with a support that extends over the child's lap. The table also has two legs which extend down to provide support for the activity table to make the case self-standing for use on any flat surface. The case is large enough to contain coloring books, notebooks, and related writing supplies while maintaining a lightweight, yet strong and safe case structure.

Abstract: A flexible ionizing radiation shield attached to an X-ray machine by a long retractable cable. An elongated opening adjacent to a top edge is used as a hand hold to manipulate the flexible shield during usage and as a means to hang the flexible shield onto two hooks on the cable housing for storage. Sanitary disposable shield covers are dispensed from a dispenser mounted above the shield hanger.

Abstract: An infant caregiver's padded pillow garment has a single shoulder strap on one side. An outer breathable water resistant cover shields an inner memory foam pad. Teething items and toys on tethers are removably clipped to an edge of the garment. The garment covers the upper front torso and shoulders for holding the infant to cushion the infant's head banging the caregiver's bones. The garment folds in half vertically along a stitched vertical fold line and flips over to the back of the caregiver with the strap over the front for normal activity without holding the infant. The padding conforms to the shape of the caregiver's body from thick over the boney body portions tapering to thin over the upper breast.

Abstract: A washing machine having high pressure angled air jets that introduce air into the wash water in a stationary pressurized tub. A circular swirl flow-pattern and air pressure within the warm wash water agitates and cleans the clothes without the need for a mechanically rotated drum or detergent. Sediment from the laundry is removed from the water by drains both at the top and the bottom of the tub. At the end of the wash cycle, the high pressure air is used to drain and dehydrate the clean clothes.

Abstract: A stringed musical instrument body is formed using injection molded high density polystyrene foam with a foaming agent. It is injection molded by itself or around a wooden core to make the body or to form two panels adhered together to sandwich a wooden core therebetween. The core provides good wood tone and the polystyrene with a foaming agent produces good sustain and a resonance of about twenty-eight seconds. A metal reinforced injection molded neck resists warping.

A locatable mobile communications device is tracked by a contact initiating website in conjunction with a user's desired contact profile. A user signs up or joins as a registered member and inputs the user's mobile communications device tracking information, such as Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver information. The main service website cross checks the user's input parameters against the parameters input by all other main service website members to identify a satisfactory match and notify the matched members to initiate a personal contact or meeting.

Abstract: A series of cell fill valves are interconnected by tubing and T-connections, one to each battery cell. Each cell fill valve is controlled by a ball in a seat in a single fill opening. The ball is controlled by a float on a pivotable lever arm with an end finger which holds the ball up to admit water with the float down and allows the ball to lower onto the seat as the cell fills causing the float to rise to a shutoff level when the cell is filled to a desired level.

Abstract: A log skidding implement consisting of a four foot horizontal boom and a set of modified skidding tongs hanging vertically from the end of the boom, attaches to the lift arms and top link of a three point tractor hitch. In-tractor controls lower the implement onto a log, causing the skidding tongs to pierce the log, which is then dragged to another location.

Abstract: A multiple ridge tongue scraper the width of the tongue is pivotally attached to a recessed portion on an end of a toothbrush opposite the brush end. A pair of protrusions are positioned on the bottom of the tongue scraper with one on each side of the pivot pin. The pair of tongue scraper protrusions snap into a pair of mating lateral dents, one on each lateral side of the pivot pin to lock the tongue scraper at a right angle to the handle for use as a tongue scraper. The pair of tongue scraper protrusions snap into a pair of mating longitudinal dents, one on each longitudinal side of the pivot pin to lock the tongue scraper into alignment with the handle for use as a toothbrush.
