  • Patent number: 7313927
Abstract: A soft thermally insulated padded shell houses a rigid rack with a series of vertical walls forming compartments. One pair of walls has a series of mating horizontal tracks to receive slide-in meal containers in a spaced vertical array. Narrow side compartments house coolant containers. Another compartment houses beverage containers. Upper holes in the walls admit air flow between compartments. A vertical lip on the open front edge of the bottom of the rack forms a condensation basin beneath the elevated meal containers. An elevated floor section insertable in the beverage compartment serves as a beverage compartment condensation basin. Holes through the bottoms of the walls allow condensation water circulation between compartments.

  • Patent number: 7237480
Abstract: A trash container cover has a pivotable lever arm which pivots vertically moving one or two compactor arms slidably connected to the handle. The compactor arm(s) force a horizontal compactor plate down onto the trash in the container to compact it. The lever arm, compactor arm(s) and compactor plate are pivoted into proximal parallel alignment with the cover and in proximity to the cover for storage and move together to open the trash container to deposit or remove trash. The lever arm may clamp down on the cover to serve as a handle for the cover.

  • Patent number: 7222699
Abstract: A multicolored indicator part and cover part are attached to a truck brake slack adjuster and S cam shaft. Relative motion of the brake slack adjuster and the S cam shaft causes relative motion of the two parts to reveal the colors on the indicator part. Good, warning, and danger colors are provided in highly reflective surfaces seen in a walk around inspection of a truck.

  • Patent number: 7219611
Abstract: A bent embroidery thread guide wire is attached to a base mount releasably attachable to a spool pin rod of an embroidery and sewing machine. An open spiral bent loop end of the upwardly bent wire adjusts to a position spaced slightly apart from and approximately centered on an embroidery thread spool mounted on the machine. The embroidery thread feeds from the spool through the open looped end, through the normal threading procedure of the machine, to the thread consuming needle apparatus under tension. A transverse bar extending from the base mount allows the guide wire to slide adjustably thereon to move toward or away from the spool. A stepped base mount receives embroidery thread spools of different diameters.

  • Patent number: 7204790
Abstract: An inclined monorail mounts between an adjustable front stanchion and lower rear stanchion. A roller carriage, having a padded bench or seat and spool-shaped rollers, rolls on the monorail. Elasticized tension straps attach between the roller carriage and the front or the rear stanchion to assist or resist the movement of the roller carriage. The user pulls on interchangeable handles either on pull straps on a front bar or a cable pulley system attached to the front stanchion and to the roller carriage to exercise and simulate various sports movements while moving the roller carriage. The stanchions pivot flat onto the monorail to transport the apparatus on a stanchion wheel or mount it vertically on a wall bracket and the cable pulley system lifts the roller carriage vertically with weights on the roller carriage. A detachable foot platform attaches to the rear stanchion for performing leg exercises.

  • Patent number: 7197177
Abstract: An optical scanner scans a piece support of know thickness holding a cross-section of laminate material such as fiber composite laminate, metal laminates, brazed parts, welded parts, sandwiched parts to determine layer thickness and layer properties such as fiber content, matrix content, density, void content, and other desired properties related to quality control for real time feedback to manufacturing and archiving for future reference. The electronic visual image from the scan depicts the number and quality of pixels in each layer. A programmable data processor uses the scan information and reference data to determine the physical properties and of the stacking order and the fiber orientation of a fiber reinforced laminate, and the thickness of each ply of metal and sandwich laminates as well as bonded, welded and brazed joints and for the determination of the thickness of each ply, of the stacking order and fiber orientation of a fiber reinforced laminate.

  • Patent number: 7194989
Abstract: A precision cast engine has a piston unit and a rotor unit to translate linear thrust from the piston unit into rotary power. Each piston rod is attached to a thrust absorber carriage running on precision bearings to eliminate piston drag on the cylinder walls. One or more drive rods extend from the carriage each into a curved groove on a power rotor to rotate it to transmit power via one or more drive shafts connected to drive components of transportation or other devices. An air intake valve on each piston provides automatic self aspirating to force combusted gasses out and draw in a controlled recharge of air for the fuel air mix.
