Abstract: The present invention is a garage door shade assembly to be used in conjunction with an overhead, garage door that moves on tracks from open to closed position. The shade is frameless and it upper edge is affixed to the lowest edge of the garage door. When the shade is retracted, the lower edge of the shade is removable secured to an upper boundary of the lowest garage door panel. When the shade is extended, that lower edge is released from its association with the upper boundary of the lowest garage door panel, and the door is raised the desired level. Finally, the lower edge of the shade can be secured in its vertical position by associating it with the tracks of the door.
Abstract: The present invention provides a clay extruder having a reinforced plunger for shaping clay into desired patterns having a hollow core. The extruder has a screw disposed within a sleeve, a reinforced plunger located on the screw and inside the sleeve, a handle located on the screw and outside of the sleeve, an adaptor disk for forming a hollow core, and a perforated extrusion disk opposite the insertion of the screw into the sleeve. As the plunger pushes clay out the sleeve, an o-ring around the plunger prevents clay from leaking back, and the adaptor disk for forming a hollow core and a perforated disk mold the clay into a desired pattern with a hollow core.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for separating contaminated plastic material from various types of contaminants, including paper, includes a grinder for reducing the size of the contaminated plastic material to a reduced size of pieces and an eductor for receiving the pieces of contaminated plastic material from the grinder. The eductor has a nozzle portion at one end for producing a turbulent flow of compressed air and an intermediate portion with a mixing chamber for receiving the turbulent flow of air and the reduced size of pieces whereby the pieces are pulled into the eductor by the compressed air flow and the contaminants are separated from the plastic.
Abstract: A puzzle apparatus comprising a first plurality of puzzle blocks that form a distinct visual representation per side when combined together that includes a representation of at least one cartoon character, a magnet associated with each side of the puzzle blocks, a platform on which the puzzle blocks can be arranged, a detector for sensing the magnet and sound generating apparatus for producing audible sounds corresponding to the character shown on the puzzle blocks. A second magnet and sensor determines the proper orientation of each puzzle block.
Abstract: The present invention provides a clay extruder having a reinforced plunger for shaping clay into desired patterns. The extruder has a screw disposed within a sleeve, a reinforced plunger located on the screw and inside the sleeve, a handle located on the screw and outside of the sleeve, and a perforated disk opposite the insertion of the screw into the sleeve. The handle is used to turn the screw and move the plunger through the sleeve. As the plunger pushes clay out the sleeve, an o-ring around the plunger prevents clay from leaking back, and a perforated disk molds the clay into a desired pattern. Metal construction and a thicker side of the plunger allow the extruder to be subjected to high amounts of torque and pressure without damage or failure.

Abstract: A sports equipment storage rack for supporting a variety of sports equipment in an off the ground position includes an elongated cylindrically shaped body of a wire type cage construction that is sized to hold a plurality of spherically shaped balls and has an arcuately shaped top portion for receiving the balls and a bottom portion that is arcuately formed to provide a ramp for discharging the balls from the rack.
Abstract: A portable flashlight alarm clock apparatus includes a clock and flashlight assembly having an elongated housing with a body portion and a sleeve member. The housing includes a flashlight assembly and a clock assembly and the sleeve member is sized to receive the housing and is slidably associated therewith from a closed condition to an open condition in which a time display of the clock assembly is visible.
Abstract: An electrical neon display device that allows for the interchangeability of the material being displayed and includes a power track, a track head and at least one display member that is electrically connected to said track head and includes a neon tube that is preferably shaped in the configuration of a desired letter or design to be displayed by said device.
Abstract: A gravity feed irrigation apparatus for supplying a flow of water at a controlled rate to a plant and having a lightweight shell-type enclosure that serves as a cover for a water reservoir attached to a water inlet in the cover. The reservoir is in the form of a watertight bladder that is in fluid communication with a flexible tube having a regulator for controlling the rate of water flow from the reservoir through the tube.
Abstract: An auxiliary control station for a rear dispensing concrete truck that controls the truck's steering, braking, and throttle. A seat with controls accessible from the seat may be positioned outside of the cab, such as to allow control of the truck from a position with an unobstructed view of the rear of the truck. The concrete dispensing chute may be modified so as to allow mechanical control of the left and right swing of the chute. The auxiliary control station also controls the drum and positioning of the chute.
Abstract: The present invention is an attachment that fits onto the head of a wrench to magnetically hold a nut. The attachment has a magnetized surface and a side surface to friction fit onto a wrench. Fit is further improved by magnetizing the side surface. By holding the nut, the attachment allows for operation of a wrench in restrictive spaces where manual holding of the nut would be impossible or impracticable. Making side surfaces of the attachment out of plastic allows the attachment to adapt to different sizes of wrench heads. A hole in the attachment allows a bolt to pass through the attachment as it passes through the nut.
Abstract: The mold that is intended to be used integrally with casting material that is contemplated by this invention is formed with a surface that exerts pressure on and retains set casting material in the mold by providing a pin in the mold that has an upper region that is larger in a dimension perpendicular to the base of the mold than the base of the pin.
