  • Patent number: 6763819
Abstract: A bow string release for engaging and releasing a bow string, comprising opposing jaws, a trigger, a housing, a jaw roller and a plurality of pins, the opposing jaws and the trigger coupled to the housing by pins, and the jaw roller coupled to the trigger and allowing the opposing jaws to an open condition when the trigger is in a pulled position. The bow string release of the present invention is adapted to minimize “loading up” of trigger force required to pull the trigger at full draw of a bow. Further the bow string release of the present invention is adapted to release the bow string at a trigger pull force of equal to or less than 9 ounces when an effective draw weight of the bow is equal to or more than 15 pounds.

  • Patent number: 6745411
Abstract: A spa system of the invention includes a room of a structure having a plurality of faces defining a room interior space. A plurality of panels each have a front surface and a rear, with the front surface of each of the panels having an emissivity characteristic with respect to infrared radiation of from 0 to approximately 0.3. A securing device is provided for securing each of the panels to one of the faces of the room, with the securing device being positioned on the rear of each of the panels. An infrared radiation emitter generates infrared radiation and disperses the radiation about the room interior space. The infrared radiation emitter is positioned in the interior space such that infrared radiation generated by the infrared radiation emitter strikes the front surfaces of the plurality of panels.

  • Patent number: 6691710
Abstract: A performance enhancing and force absorbing mouthguard adapted to fit the upper teeth of the mouth of an athlete wherein the mouthguard is quadruple or quintuple composite material of distinct materials. The first internal layer is a non-softenable flexible framework which will permit the mouthguard to hold its shape during fitting as well as to absorb and dissipate significant impact conveyed to the upper teeth. Disconnected anterior impact braces extend anteriorly to a medial region forming a gap therebetween. A hard, durable reverse bite plate wedge is thicker rearwardly and lowers the condyle from the temporomandibular joint in a fulcrum action to place the lower jaw in an optimum condition preventing impingement upon the nerves and arteries as well as spacing the upper and lower teeth apart. Elastomeric traction pads are on the bottom of the mouthguard and are grippingly engaged by the posterior teeth of the lower jaw.
