Abstract: This invention concerns a telecommunication system SYST including: a mobile transmitter/receiver ERM, a number of access points PA1i and PA2j, each capable of communicating with the mobile transmitter/receiver ERM situated in a coverage area ZA1i or ZA2j of the access point considered, and a communication network NW1 authorizing communications between said access points. The system according to the invention includes at least one mobility manager GM capable of determining, based on operating conditions of the access points, with which access point the mobile transmitter/receiver ERM should establish a communication. In the system according to the invention, a change in access point may not be carried out at the sole initiative of a mobile transmitter/receiver ERM, but is, on the contrary, carried out after analysis of an environment specific to said mobile transmitter/receiver ERM by the mobility manager GM.

The replaceable shearing tip engages the upper jaw on at least three seats. The replaceable shearing tip is connected to the upper jaw by socket-head cap-screws.

Abstract: A temporary ladder tree stand anchor for ladder stand with a ladder portion and a platform with a frame, seat and foot support. The temporary anchor includes a cord with two ends and an intermediate section for wrapping about the tree. The cord anchor is on one side of the platform to secure one end of the cord thereto. A cord catch is on the other side of the platform for slidably capturing the intermediate cord section to permit drawing of the other cord end to pull and temporary anchor the ladder tree stand to the tree while the hunter is one the ground thereby permitting climbing up and down the tree stand safely when the tree stand is not securely anchored to the tree.

Abstract: An arrow rest assembly for a compound bow having a riser, a number of cables, and a cable guard mounted to the riser with a slider thereon connected to the cables. The arrow rest assembly consists of an arrow rest movable between a first position wherein an arrow rests upon the arrow rest and a second position wherein the arrow does not rest upon the arrow rest; a drop-away mechanism engaging the arrow rest, the arrow rest moving with the drop-away mechanism between the first and second position in an arc about a center of rotation; and a driving mechanism coupled to the slider and driving the drop-away mechanism.

The bow string release of the present invention is adapted to minimize “loading up” of trigger force required to pull the trigger at full draw of a bow. Abstract: A spa system of the invention includes a room of a structure having a plurality of faces defining a room interior space. A plurality of panels each have a front surface and a rear, with the front surface of each of the panels having an emissivity characteristic with respect to infrared radiation of from 0 to approximately 0.3. A securing device is provided for securing each of the panels to one of the faces of the room, with the securing device being positioned on the rear of each of the panels. An infrared radiation emitter generates infrared radiation and disperses the radiation about the room interior space. The infrared radiation emitter is positioned in the interior space such that infrared radiation generated by the infrared radiation emitter strikes the front surfaces of the plurality of panels.
