Abstract: A dual food storage sheet goods dispenser (100) having a housing comprising a lower cartridge containing section (101) and an upper cartridge containing section (118). The lower cartridge containing section (101) includes a dispensing slot (112) located horizontally across a bottom (110) of the housing. A cutting edge (108) and respective carrier (106) are assembled to the exterior of the bottom (110) between the slot (112) and a front edge. Access to the lower section (101) is provided via an access door (124). An upper cartridge containing section (128) includes a dispensing clearance (126) located horizontally between an upper edge of a front wall (122) and an access door (124). A cutting edge (128) is assembled to a top of the front wall (122).

Abstract: A disposable child seat cover formed of a single sheet of preferably plastic material, which can be dispensed from a continuous web of material forming multiple disposable child seat covers, is provided. The disposable child seat cover has two central expandable leg openings and two opposing longitudinal perforations divided by bisecting perforations. The perforations allow the user to easily create two front ties and two back ties from the longitudinal sides of the single sheet. The ties are utilized to secure the disposable child seat cover to a public child seat, such as a shopping cart seat or high chair. The disposable child seat cover is designed to effectively protect the child from germs and grime, while being sufficiently economical to allow retail establishments to provide complimentary disposable child seat covers to their customers.

Abstract: A shopping cart handle cover includes a generally elongated, flexible cover base panel; a generally elongated, flexible cover top panel carried by the cover base panel; and a cover interior defined by and between the cover base panel and the cover top panel. The shopping cart handle cover is designed to slide over a shopping cart handle. The handle cover can be fabricated of a material having elastic properties, allowing the user to stretch the handle cover over the cart handle. The handle cover becomes taut over the cart handle when in a relaxed state. At least one panel handle flap can be provided through the top and base panels. The flap wraps around the cart handle providing protection to the user from bacteria, other microorganisms, and other contaminants. A plurality of handle covers may be provided by joining adjacent covers, providing a perforation therebetween, and rolling the covers onto a core for dispensing.

Abstract: An pressure applicating band kit for treatment of menstrual cramps includes a flexible strap with a buckle and a free end. A stylus is attached to the buckle for applying pressure to a menstrual discomfort controlling pressure point on the patient's body when the strap is fastened. Cooperating fasteners are on the free end of the strap and the strap for securing the strap and maintaining pressure on the controlling pressure point. Software is also in the kit, which directs the operation of the treatment. The menstrual discomfort controlling pressure point is identified by applying light pressure to a menstrual discomfort controlling pressure region. The points that are most tender are considered the menstrual discomfort controlling pressure points. The pressure applicating band can comprise one or more stylus for applying pressure to one or more points to optimize the relief process.

Each tile includes a protected end partially overlapped by another tile in an adjacent row, and an exposed end. The protected end of each tile includes at least one attachment hole and at least one anchoring panel. The exposed end of each tile includes at least one interlock hole. Primary roofing screws are provided for driving through attachment holes and into the substrate for attaching tiles in side-by-side relation to form multiple rows. Interlock fasteners are provided for driving through interlock holes and into the interlock panel of a partially overlapped tile in an adjacent row, for interlocking the exposed ends of the roofing tiles with anchoring panels in adjacent tiles.

Abstract: A modular structure includes at least one modular unit comprising a structure base and a structure enclosure carried by the structure base. Each of the structure base and the structure enclosure comprises lightweight concrete providing a significantly improved structure over the currently used fabrication processes. The modular structure is fabricated utilizing tunnel fabrication processes, creating a unitary structure. The structure can be finished at a manufacturing location, then transported and installed at the desired location. Connector plate assemblies are molded into the structure for securing two adjacent modules. Adjacent modules can be oriented perpendicular, parallel, or any angle therebetween to each other.

The base panels have a perimeter including a supporting edge, which extends beyond a distal end of either a series of sockets or other drive tool. The socket storage apparatus can include a magnet, a hook, or both for temporarily securing the apparatus to another object.

Abstract: An aide and strategy layout and method for the solution of a Sudoku puzzle utilizes a row grid (Y) and a column grid (Z). The player can utilize the three grids as well as box's to aid in solving the puzzle. The layout can be provided on paper or on a game board. The game board secures game pieces to the game board 300 via magnets, a cavity, adhesive, etc. An alternative game board utilizes a cellophane sheet and a black (or colored) backing material for removably scribing the solution. The solution aid can be automated using a computer processor, respective software, and a display.

Abstract: A thermally activated electrical interrupt device incorporates a thermally activated portion engaging with an electrical interrupt portion. The thermally activated material expands when heated, causing an interrupt control rod to open an electrical contact. When the interrupt device is placed into an interrupt state, a reset mechanism maintains the interrupt control rod in the interrupt state until specifically reset. An actuating shaft is in operational communication with at least one electrical contact. The actuating shaft is maintained in a thermal monitoring position until an interrupt control rod is moved via a thermally expanding material and engages with the actuating shaft, releasing it from the thermal monitoring position. The actuating shaft is projected via a biasing member to cause a change in state of the electrical contact. The actuating shaft remains in the interrupt state until the user resets the switch.

Abstract: An inflatable life raft having one or more air channels forming a generally rectangular shaped body when the raft is unfolded and inflated. Valves in fluid communication with the air channels for inflating and deflating the life raft. The inflatable raft includes a waterproof pouch releasably attached to the raft for storing items such as a rope, flare launcher, strobe light, glow sticks, and whistle. An ankle tether couples the life raft to a user, and a plurality of reflectors are attached to the surface of the inflatable life raft. For added convenience, a storage means is integrally constructed with the life raft for storing the folded normally deflated life raft so that the raft can be easily carried and transported. A replaceable gas cylinder, and manual hand pump are operatively coupled to the valves for automatically or manually inflating the life raft.

Abstract: A goods handling' apparatus for a cargo storage and transport vehicle includes a movable cargo platform continuous with a portion of cargo enclosure floor, when the cargo platform is in an upper position. Cargo may be slid between the trailer floor and the cargo platform. A vertical actuator raises and lowers the cargo platform between the upper position and a lower position atop the ground or other vehicle support surface whereupon cargo may be slid between the cargo platform and the ground or other positions. The cargo platform is disposed substantially within the plan perimeter of the floor of the cargo module during raising and lowering. A modular system may be integrated into the cargo enclosure, or may be incorporated into a modular enclosure for appending to a cargo box of the prior art. An underride is disposed in vertically adjusting communication with the cargo platform.

Abstract: A drywall anchor installation device comprising, inter alia, a main driver member configured to engage a Philips head screw top, a plunger member configured to engage a Philips head screw top, and a plunger member guiding mechanism including a compression spring and a guide pin. In operation, the main driver member engages a drywall anchor at the Philips head indentation and the plunger member extends inside the axial bore of the anchor until contacting the interior surface of the axial bore or the closed end of the anchor. Once contact is made with the closed end of the anchor, the compression spring of the plunger guiding mechanism is engaged, stabilizing the anchor as the anchor is driven into the wall. Once the anchor is driven into the wall, the plunger member is used to drive the anchor screw without having to adjust the driving device.
