  • Patent number: 6817148
Abstract: A post-tension anchor system including an anchor body having a polymeric encapsulation extending therearound in which the encapsulation has a tubular portion integrally formed therewith and extending outwardly from the anchor body. A tendon is affixed within a wedge-receiving cavity of the anchor body. The tendon has a sheathed portion and an unsheathed portion. A seal member is affixed to an end of the tubular portion opposite the anchor body. The seal member has a portion extending around the sheathed portion of the tendon in generally liquid-tight relationship therewith. The tubular portion has an interlock area extending therearound for engaging an interior surface of the seal member. The tubular portion has a length of generally greater than four inches extending outwardly of the anchor body. A plurality of wedges are positioned in interference-fit relationship with the unsheathed portion of the tendon within the wedge-receiving cavity of the anchor body.

  • Patent number: 6810830
Abstract: A pet fountain includes a spout projecting from a reservoir, and a tap fastened at one end to the spout and provided at the other end with an opening via which a flow of water is discharged. The tap is provided with a steel ball space in communication with the spout and the opening, and a washer retained in a groove located in proximity of the opening, and a guide edge located between the groove and the steel ball space. A steel ball is movably disposed in the steel ball space such that the steel ball comes in contact with the washer, and such that the steel ball is partially extended out of the opening. The guide edge serves to prevent the steel ball from being inseparably arrested by the washer. The guide edge has a predetermined height which determines the rate of the flow of water discharged via the opening.

  • Patent number: 6808036
Abstract: An electronic anti-skid device for motor vehicles with hydrostatic transmission has at least one sensor for the transmission of data pertaining to the output of the hydrostatic transmission, a steering angle detector and an electronic computer. The electronic computer uses data from the sensor to calculate theoretical power output of the hydraulic motors of the driver wheels of the vehicles and, thus, the theoretical speed of the wheels. The electronic computer is programmed to scan the detectors at very rapid intervals, and to adjust, on each scan, hydraulic output from output regulators. The output regulators have electrical controllers and are coupled to each hydraulic motor of a driven wheel way as to limit the power from each regulator to a value marginally above the theoretical output for the motor of the wheel to which the power regulator is connected.
