Abstract: A gaming device base having a front surface that allows players to extend their legs. In the preferred embodiment, the gaming device base has a horizontal support member having a substantially flat surface to support at least one gaming device and at least one edge. The gaming device base has at least one door positioned beneath the horizontal support member. The door may be moved from an open to a closed position. In the closed position, the door is positioned behind the edge of the horizontal support member. The door has at least one angled portion, which is an acute angle measured from a vertical plane. Players sitting in front of the edge of the horizontal support member may stretch or extend their legs behind the edge of the horizontal support member.

Abstract: A method and system for archiving and restoring data in a portable communication device. A first wireless communication connection is established between the communication device and a remote network capable of storing portable communication device data. The identity of an archival function to be performed is transmitted over the first communication connection. The indicated archival function is performed by transmitting data to or from the communication device. The function can be performed over the first wireless communication connection or a second wireless communication connection can be established for transmitting the information. The data can be converted by an upload converter into a format that is independent of the identity of the communication device. The converted data can be sent to other communication devices and reformatted for use by those devices. The first communication connection can be established by a communication device user or automatically.

Abstract: A gaming device having at least one tubular display container, a display object holder disposed to hold a plurality of movable display objects in an individually controlled manner, a display object actuator and a controller, is disclosed. Game-related indicia on the tubular display container convey the outcome of a game when the display object actuator is activated to propel a selected movable display object into the tubular display container where the object may activate a game outcome portion of the tubular display container or the object may be captured in a selected compartment of the tubular display container. Optionally, player input devices may be used to enhance player participation by enabling the player to select a movable display object or a specific tubular display container before the movable display object is propelled into the tubular display container or a plurality of tubular display containers. A method of playing a game using the above device is also disclosed.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, the present invention relates to a gaming device including a game apparatus adapted to allow a player to play a game. The gaming device may include a prize holder adapted to releasably hold a prize object in a controllable manner. The moveable object comprises at least one moveable object symbol. A controller is provided that is in communication with at least one controller selectable object. The controller selectable object comprises at least one controller selectable object symbol that is substantially similar in appearance to the moveable object. The controller selectable object may be displayed to the player and provide an illusion to the player that the controller selectable object is the moveable object. A game display is also provided and may be in communication with the controller. The game display is configured to display a display symbol in at least one display position. A game outcome at least partially depends on the display position of the display symbol.

Abstract: In at least one embodiment, a door handle assembly is provided comprising a door handle having a roller and attached to a mount. An actuator is attached to the mount and has a first surface and an actuator projection. The door handle assembly also comprises a bolt moveable from a first bolt position where at least a portion of the bolt is inside a wall aperture, thereby engaging the door into the wall aperture, to a second bolt position where the portion of the bolt is outside the wall aperture, thereby disengaging the door from the wall aperture. The bolt has an actuator opening, the actuator passing there through. The roller buts the first surface and may travel from a first roller position to a second roller position when the door handle is pushed, thereby retracting the bolt from the first bolt position to the second bolt position.

Abstract: A gaming device having a container, at least one movable object situated within the container and a transport device configured to transport the movable object, is disclosed. The transport device further may include a transport component for receiving the movable object and the container may simulate a popcorn popper. A method of use, including a gaming method, and a method for moving one or more movable objects in a gaming device which includes providing a gaming device having a container with at least one movable object and a transport device configured to transport the movable object, are also disclosed.

The method preferably includes providing a wagering game to a player, allowing the player to transfer value to the wagering game, recording the amount transferred, allowing the player to make a wager, presenting a game to the player, determining whether the game outcome is a wining or losing outcome, updating the amount recorded, allowing the player to cash-out at least a portion of the recorded value, and triggering an award event if the cash-out is made using a cashless device. In one embodiment, the player is given an award when the value redeemed exceeds a predetermined qualifying amount. Also provided is a system for allowing a player to redeem winnings, including a gaming machine with a processing system, a cashless gaming device, and a cashless device cash-out system.

The splashguard comprises a main plate that is attachable to a vehicle. The main plate has a top and bottom. An insert is attached to the bottom of the main plate. The insert is adapted to protect the plate from abrasion and wear. A hanger is mounted to the top of the first plate. The splashguard further comprises a method of creating a splashguard that comprises providing a hanger and molding a plate around a portion of the hanger. An insert is attached to the plate. The insert and the plate form a splashguard assembly that is attached to the vehicle through the hanger.

Abstract: A controlled enhanced-oxygen (hyperoxic) breathing system involving an oxygen source, a control valve system and a breathing interface, is disclosed. The control valve system may include a demand flow valve and a venturi valve arranged to introduce ambient air into an oxygen stream to provide a desired level of oxygen in the resultant hyperoxic air stream. Alternatively, the control valve system may include a nitrogen-removal unit, such as nitrogen scrubber, to increase the oxygen content above that of ambient air. The control valve system may further include a one-way flow valve and may further be joined to a plenum for storing hyperoxic air. The hyperoxic breathing system is typically connected to a breathing mask for use by an individual undergoing exercise or physical training activities.

Abstract: A display device comprising a plurality of prize balls, a ball holder adapted to hold the balls in an individually controlled manner, a controller adapted to select a prize ball, a display mechanism adapted to display the selected prize ball to the player; and a positioning mechanism in communication with the controller adapted to position the selected prize ball relative to the display mechanism. The display device may be combined with a jumbled ball display wherein the balls displayed by the display device appear to originate from the jumbled ball display. The display device may also be combined with a game apparatus that is adapted to allow players to play a game. In this embodiment, the display device may provide a bonus award for the player. Several games are also provided that may be used with the display device. In an alternative embodiment, the jumbled ball display is replaced with a video display device that displays the balls in video form.

The support members are slidably attached to each other. The apparatus further comprises at least one actuator being positioned between and attached to the support members.
