Abstract: A securing assembly for enabling a structure, such as a display case, to be mounted onto a slat wall is disclosed. The securing assembly includes a first and a second bracket which are securable to each other without the use of tools or adhesives. The first bracket includes a plurality of sections, secured together, which enable the first bracket to be secured to a slat wall without the use of tools or adhesives. The second bracket includes a first portion securable to the first bracket and a second portion which can be secured to a structure with fasteners. In order to mount a structure on a slat wall the second bracket secured to the structure, the first bracket is secured to the slat wall and then the first and second brackets are secured to each other.
Abstract: A modular bird feeder system which is particularly adapted for an individual to assemble and maintain. The system includes at least one bird feeder and means to catch bird seed located below the bird feeders. The bird feeders are mounted onto a central pole. An animal deterrent device is positioned below the bird feeders to prevent squirrels and the like from reaching the bird feeders. The animal deterrent device is also mounted onto the central pole. A ballast member is positioned below the ground and the central pole is mounted through the center of the ballast member. A stake can be secured to the lower end of the central pole and assists in securing the bird feeder system to the ground.
Abstract: The invention provides a method and a kit for administering bone cement to the interior cavity of a bony member to enhance bone strength, stabilizing an existing fracture thus reducing susceptibility of the bone to further fracture and/or collapse. The method and kit may include additional components, such as, bone growth enhancing agents, radiopaque components or the like.
Abstract: The thixotropic composition of the instant invention may be cured to a more or less rigid form without the use of a mold. The shaped thixotropic composition includes one of the two components which when combined result in chemiluminescent light. The cured solid is useful in a variety of environments and will emit chemiluminescent light upon addition of a second chemiluminescent component.
Abstract: The present invention provides a system which includes injection molded roof panels, header assemblies and ridge caps having integrated connectors which combine to form a family of variously sized roof assemblies for utility enclosures. The injection molding facilitates integrally formed connectors so that the roof panels, header assemblies and ridge caps interlock with one another without the need for separate connectors.
Abstract: The instant invention is a shroud/keel/rudder combination for use on a engine driven marine vessel having a vented tunnel propulsion system. The combination produces acceptable acceleration, minimal loss of speed, resistance to weed entanglement and optimized steering, in both forward and reverse, especially when used with surface piercing propellers.
Abstract: The present invention provides a hand-held wringer for removing liquid from a wet or damp material. A wet or damp material is placed between two rollers and a trigger handle is engaged to reduce the space between one roller's axis relative to an opposite roller's axis so as to expel liquid from every fiber of the material as it is pulled therethrough.
Abstract: A drop-in-module consisting of a mass produced engine coupled to a drive system by use of a common mid-section mounting platform. The module provides a single assembly that can be easily installed and removed from a vessel. The drive system is based on motors using a vertical crankshaft orientation joined to a 90 degree gearbox with a forward-neutral-reverse transmission. A speed sensitive clutch arrangement separates the engine from the gearbox. The heat created by the air cooled versions of these engines can be vented into the propeller wash through a passage formed in the mounting plate.
Abstract: A tracking device and system for tracking medical supplies, in particular, medical trays and their components is disclosed. The tracking device utilizes GPRS/GSM technology to enable an individual to locate and monitor the movement of a medical tray at any given time and for any desired period of time. The tracking system utilizes geo-fences established within buildings to assist in determining the specific location of the medical trays within these buildings. The tracking devices can also be activated by motion sensors to alert the tracking system of a possible theft of the tray. The tracking system incorporates software which enables an individual to determine the location of medical trays, determine the contents of the trays and schedule the use of the medical trays by specific doctors and at specific locations. The tracking system also retains information regarding the doctors, the medical device manufacture representatives, the hospitals and sales of the medical devices.
Abstract: The present invention provides a linear fastening system capable of rapid engagement and disengagement. More specifically, the system utilizes a cooperating collet member and a compression ring member which are constructed and arranged to slip easily over a shank member. The fastener system is secured by linearly traversing a compression member in an overlapping fashion over the collet member thereby utilizing ribbed surfaces to compress the collet member to grip the outer surface of the shank member. In this manner, the linear fastener system is capable of providing a precise, secure, and reproducible connection between multiple components without the need to apply rotational torque to the assembly.

Abstract: The instant invention is directed towards a method of preparing a clumping animal litter comprising a combination of a high molecular weight polymer, a gum, and cellulosic components. The invention particularly relates to a method of preparing a clumping animal litter that comprises a homogenous mixture of anionic polyacylamide, a guar gum, grist and optionally cellulosic fines in combination with one or more sources of cellulosic material, thereby providing a litter with enhanced absorption, clumping size and hardness.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for easily, quickly and permanently decommissioning an electronic data storage device by thoroughly exposing the device to a strong field of microwave energy thereby eliminating any possibility of retrieving data from the device. The magnetron is operated as peak power and pulsed for the time needed to assure data destruction.
Abstract: A spinal fusion implant for implantation between adjacent vertebrae is formed in the approximate shape of a hollow cube. The device has an upper section and a lower section separated by a distractor all of which are relatively movable. The sidewalls of the upper section and the lower section terminate in inclined planes so that the sections move away from each other as the wedge shaped distractor increases the height of the device.

Abstract: The instant invention provides an apparatus and system for cooling the air charge of an internal combustion engine. More specifically, the instant invention provides an air-induction system suitable to provide cooled air charges to turbocharged, supercharged or naturally aspirated internal combustion engines to increase power output while reducing engine emissions. The system utilizes gaseous fuel stored as a liquid wherein the liquefied gaseous fuel is vaporized and warmed at least partially with heat removed from the intake air charge supplied to the engine from the turbocharger or supercharger. In a preferred embodiment, the compressed intake combustion air is first cooled in an aftercooler against an ambiently cooled coolant and is subsequently cooled further by the chiller of the instant invention which utilizes the change in phase, between liquid and gas, of the alternative fuel to cool the incoming air charge.
Abstract: The cryosurgical kit and method of use relates to the combined use of biodegradable, imageable, drug(s) carriers, vectors or microcapsules deposited into a target tissue region inside a body and the controlled cooling of the target tissue region. A minimally invasive method of treatment that applies a cooling device to a selected tissue region, uses a vibrating resonant frequency delivery device to inject drug(s) carriers (microcapsules) containing therapeutic and contrast agents into tissue region(s) submitted to cooling temperatures, successive real-time imaging of the microcapsule deposition and later detection of the progressive degradation of microcapsules with ultrasound imaging which provides estimation of sustained release rates and for planning re-dosing regimens. The thermosensitive microcapsules preferably contain ethiodol, a contrast agent for Ultrasound and/or X-Ray imaging, and cytotoxic drug(s).
