  • Patent number: 6656294
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a processing method for preventing elution of lead in a lead-containing copper alloy to prevent lead from eluting from a faucet metal, etc. made of a lead-containing copper alloy, and a drinking water service fitting made of a lead-containing copper alloy in which elution of lead has been prevented. By forming a chromate film on the surface of a lead-containing copper alloy material, it is possible to reduce elution of the lead left in a limited amount on the surface. A drinking water service fitting made of a lead-containing copper alloy is immersed in an alkaline etching solution in a pre-processing step for a nickel chromium plating step to selectively remove lead on the surface of the lead-containing copper alloy material and is then activated in a solution such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.

  • Patent number: 6654335
Abstract: The invention presents an optical drive loader with a manual disk ejecting mechanism comprising a frame, a disk receiving apparatus, a speed reduction apparatus, a driving apparatus, and a disk ejecting actuating part. Relying on the disk ejecting actuating part positioned on the frame, which is provided with a gear portion for driving the speed reduction apparatus and a roll stem portion positioned at the center of the gear portion extruding along the central axis, users can use a tool going through a through hole of the housing turning the roll stem portion to rotate the gear portion and enable the speed reduction apparatus to move the disk receiving apparatus to the feeding/ejecting position. A through hole is disposed on the housing corresponding to the roll stem portion, so as to avoid the through hole being disposed on the operation panel to affect the appearance of the operation panel.

  • Patent number: 6647946
Abstract: A carburetor is supported on a casing by the air-fuel mixture discharging port thereof and by the portion of the adjustment screws thereof. A first vibration isolating member is interposed between the casing and the air-fuel mixture discharging port, and a second vibration isolating member is interposed between the casing and the adjustment screws. These vibration preventing members prevent the direction transmission of the vibration of the casing to the carburetor side. A reasonable and compact carburetor support structure can be provided because the air-fuel mixture discharging port and the adjustment screws are intrinsically provided with the carburetor itself.

  • Patent number: 6643655
Abstract: A plurality of HTML files having their file names which may directly be recognized by a filtering part 415 in a data receiver are stored in a data storage part 411. File names of the HTML files are assigned to their headers by a data converter 412, and the files converted and multiplexed are repeatedly transmitted by a data multiplexing and transmitting part 413. A filtering part 415 selects the data having exact match with the filtering condition. A data processing part 419 performs data processing required for generating images, and the images thus generated are displayed on a screen of the display part 421. The data processing part 419 provides a switching command to a filtering conditions varying part 417 when an operator enters a file to be linked through an input part 420. The file to be linked is received as a result of changing the filtering conditions.

  • Patent number: 6619409
Abstract: A vibration-isolating member is formed of an elastic material, and has a mounting hole at the center thereof, a large diameter section at an end of the mounting hole, a groove at the periphery of the large diameter section, and a flange. One of a vibration-source-side member and a vibration-receiving member is fitted into each of the large diameter section and the groove. An end opposite from the large diameter section is secured to one of the vibration-receiving member and the vibration-source-side member by a mounting member. Since the inside diameter of the large diameter section is larger than any other part of the mounting hole, either of the vibration-source-side member or the vibration-receiving member and the mounting member can be received. The flange prevents the vibration-isolating member from disengaging from one of the vibration-source-side member and the vibration-receiving member.
