    Abstract: A system is used with a plurality of modules, each module requiring galvanic isolation from the other modules. Galvanic isolators are employed, each having an input and an output, the output galvanically isolated from the input, the output responsive to the input according to a response characteristic of the isolator. Each module has, a respective first isolator and a respective second isolator. The input of each respective first isolator and each respective second isolator for each module is disposed controllably to receive an activation signal from the module indicative of a module fault to be annunciated or to receive a test signal from the module, the test signal being smaller than the activation signal. The outputs of the respective first isolators are aggregated to a first node and the outputs of the respective second isolators are aggregated to a second node.

    Abstract: A coarse timing synchronization acquisition method in a mobile communication system is applied to the timing synchronization acquisition of a mobile communication system that transmits the same signal blocks repeatedly, which comprises: starting from the beginning time instant of timing synchronization acquisition, iteratively calculating the delay correlation accumulation (DCA) values at K samples, when K is the number of DCA values at each time slot; M time slots are searched in each frame, the position corresponding to the maximum DCA value is taken as the estimate of timing synchronization position; M timing synchronization position estimates are obtained, and among these, one timing synchronization position estimate is selected as the candidate for the current frame timing synchronization position, and it is decided whether the candidate is reliable; after L frames are searched, a predicted timing synchronization position of the next frame is obtained by using the L timing synchronization positions.

The method includes the following steps: A: filling data to be decoded in a byte interleaver by column in turn; B: performing cyclic shift to data in a check region of the byte interleaver by row and/or by column, so as to make the data of each row in the check region become check data in sequence of data of corresponding row in an information region of the byte interleaver; C: performing RS decoding by row method, and writing information data of each row obtained after decoding into the corresponding row in the information region of the byte interleaver in turn; and D: reading business data of the decoded information data from the information region of the byte interleaver by column. The method and device of the present invention achieve the best interleaving effect.
